"Hey..." Khao chuckled when Luke's hands wrapped around his waist. "Haven't you had enough last night?"

Luke softly kissed his nape. "I can't help it, it looks so damn good on you."

The shirt had a deep cut neckline, loose bishop cut sleeves, and several slits strategically cut on the sides and shoulders.

Luke slipped his fingers inside the waist slits and stroke Khao's skin directly, his soft stomach tensing up under the touch. "We still have a moment before Joss and Mia come..."

"As if we ever did it that quickly." Khao snorted. He gently pushed Luke's hands away and turned around, pecking at his lips with a grin. "I'll make it up to you in the evening, I promise." He stepped on his tiptoes, whispering to Luke's ear. "You can even rip it off me.."

Luke let out a frustrated groan, but let Khao finish getting ready, his eyes gazing at him adoringly.

"What?" Khao run a hand through his hair, spreading in the pomade for a more tousled look. He's only met Joss once, but the first impression wasn't good, an he would be caught dead before embarrassing himself.

"Nothing, nothing. Just..." Luke reached into his dresser for an elegant square box draped in leather, bearing the logo of Cartier. "I have something for you. I bough it the other day, when I left your parents house. I know it's your birthday soon, and I though you might like this."

Khao couldn't hide his facial expression quick enough, and stared at the box in shock. Even with his wealth, Cartier was expensive brand. "Luke..." He gently opened the box, staring at a simple yet elegant necklace. It resembled twisted rope, made of white gold and hundreds of diamonds; it was simple yet very elegant. "This is..."

"Do you like it?"

"We've only just got together, I don't think I can accept this."

"I want you to." Luke shook his head. "I want to prove to you how serious about you I am. I can afford this; the club has been doing really well, this isn't going to make me broke even for a second. I want you to have this. I want you to know I can take care of you."

Khao could feel his hands tremble. Luke was right about him liking it; it was definitely his style. And it was as if Luke was claiming his ownership over him. "You're not going to break my heart...right?" Khao asked, embarrassed by how pathetic it sounded as he handed Luke the opened box and turned around, waiting for him to put the necklace on Khao's neck.

As it clasped around his neck and Luke gently kissed his exposed shoulder, Khao suddenly felt the urge to cry. Not because he felt trapped, the sudden ownership claim almost gave him butterflies, but because he hasn't felt this genuine affection in a long time.

"We should.." Khao cleared his throat when the doorbell rang. "We should go greet your friends. Where is Gawin?"

"He and his smooch went to get some chicken. Apparently beef steaks, burgers, ribs and brisket that's already on the grill, aren't enough." Luke chuckled, and the two walked downstairs to greet the guests. "Hey uhm...Joss's girl, she's a little..." He hesitated. "Just don't laugh at her if she does something strange."

"What?" Khao raised an eyebrow, but Luke was already opening the door and inviting them in.

Since Luke has set up grill and refreshments earlier in the day, it didn't take much time for a few more friends to arrive, all of which brought some alcohol and other refreshments.

"Here, these are for you." Khao smiled at Mia as he handed her a bouquet of flowers adorned by a purple bow.

"Wow." Mia excitedly jumped, her eyes going wide. She excitedly showed it to Joss, who just smiled back and gave Khao a little thumbs up. "There aren't any bugs...right?" Mia then asked while cautiously looking through the flowers.

Khao shook his head. "No, they're straight from the florist so-"

"Because they are always listening, you know? They put bugs in things and listen to everything we say-"

"Honey, I already asked Luke to check for any." Joss suddenly rushed to her side. He gave the bewildered Khao an apologetic look and calmly ushered his fiancee to their chair. Khao immediately fixed his facial expression and nodded in agreement before grabbing a drink and sitting by Luke's side.

"Damn..." Khao whispered, his glass covering his mouth. "So she's...?"

"Yeah." Luke nodded, his arm wrapping around Khao's waist. "But hey, he loves her, so..."

"Is she schizophrenic?" Khao asked, cuddling up a bit closer, but Luke just shrugged.

"No one knows. Joss said she's had some childhood head injury, and never got diagnosed with anything, so who knows. We tease him about it, but not in front of her." He admitted with a slightly guilty grin.

"You are a bad, bad man." Khao chuckled. He put his glass down and softly touched Luke's chiseled face. "What other bad things you do?" Khao's fingers slipped down to touch Luke's chest, and he placed a couple of soft kisses to his neck.

"I don't think you'd appreciate me showing it infront of everyone." Luke returned the kiss, this time on the lips. "Besides, you promised to make it up to me this evening..."

"Dude, it's my engagement party." Joss snorted. "Heads up; Win and First are back."

"First..." Khao turned his head to where Joss was looking, and his throat tightened. He instinctively reached for his drink and chugged it, earning himself a curious look from Luke, but it did nothing to soothe the sudden surge of irritation as the two men approached, and Win came closer, greeting Joss and Luke with a fist bump.

"Hey-" First opened his mouth, but Khao was quicker.

"Hi!" He put on a smile. "Nice to meet you."
