Sayako's fingers clenched around the two necklaces she wore, her only sources of comfort in this suffocating darkness. The first was the necklace Sukuna had given her, a symbol of their bond that she held close to her heart. The second was the Yurechi Clan's necklace, a family heirloom that had been passed down through generations.

As she gripped the Yurechi necklace, she noticed a faint glow emanating from it. The light was soft yet strong enough to pierce through the darkness, revealing a narrow path in front of her. It was as if the necklace was guiding her, leading her deeper into the cave.

With her breath steadying, Sayako began to follow the glowing path. Each step was slow and deliberate, the pain in her body making it difficult to move quickly. But she pressed on, driven by a sense of purpose that cut through her fear.

The journey felt endless, the minutes stretching into what seemed like hours. The cave was eerily silent, save for the echo of her footsteps and the faint hum of the glowing necklace. The walls around her seemed to close in, the air thick with an almost palpable tension. But the light of the Yurechi necklace never wavered, urging her forward through the darkness.

Eventually, the path widened, and Sayako found herself in a larger chamber. The glow from the Yurechi necklace dimmed, as if its purpose had been fulfilled. But before she could question what to do next, the other necklace-the one Sukuna had given her-began to glow. This light was different, silvery and ethereal, like the light of the moon.

She looked up, following the light, and her breath caught in her throat.

There, looming over her in the center of the chamber, was a massive statue of Sukuna-but not as she remembered him. This was the King of Curses, his fearsome form carved in stone with four arms, each pair holding something different. The second pair of arms formed the hand sign of his Domain Expansion, a sight that sent a shiver down her spine. But it was the upper pair of arms that caught her attention. { Beta reader: we finally got to see sukuna but a lifeless sukuna }

One of the arms held a weapon, a cursed tool that she, Yuna, and Akito had gifted to Sukuna on his birthday. The sight of it filled her with a mixture of nostalgia and sorrow, a reminder of the bond they had shared in a time long past.

Sayako stood frozen, staring up at the statue. The light from Sukuna's necklace grew brighter, illuminating the details of the statue in stark relief. It was a powerful, imposing figure, capturing the essence of the King of Curses in all his terrifying glory.

And yet, despite the statue's fearsome appearance, there was something about it that drew her in. The light of Sukuna's necklace seemed to pulse in time with her heartbeat, a steady, calming rhythm that soothed her nerves.

She reached out, her hand trembling slightly, and touched the base of the statue. The stone was cold and rough beneath her fingers, but as she made contact, the light from the necklace flared, casting the chamber in a brilliant glow.

Sayako's eyes widened as she felt a surge of energy course through her, connecting her to the statue in a way she couldn't quite explain. It was as if the statue held a piece of Sukuna's essence, a lingering presence that had been waiting for her all this time.
