The following morning, the shrine was buzzing with anticipation as Sayako and Sukuna prepared for Yuna and Akito's visit. Ryo, however, was already up to his usual antics, crawling around with boundless energy. Sukuna watched him from a distance, amused by his son's determination to explore every inch of the courtyard.

Sayako glanced over at Sukuna, who was sitting cross-legged and completely relaxed despite their son's chaos. "Are you just going to sit there, or are you actually going to help me get Ryo dressed before they arrive?"

Sukuna smirked, lazily standing up. "He's got energy. Let him burn it off."

Just as sayako was about to respond, the sound of approaching footsteps caught their attention. Akito and Yuna entered the shrine, greeted warmly by Uraume and Shirogane. Yuna, glowing and clearly excited, had her hand resting on her baby bump, while Akito stayed close by her side, his protective nature on full display.

Ryo, spotting the newcomers, immediately crawled toward them with wide, curious eyes. He paused mid-crawl, staring at Yuna's belly, utterly fascinated. For a six-month-old, he was already keen on anything that moved or seemed out of the ordinary.

"Look who's coming" Sayako grinned, picking Ryo up and walking over to greet them. "Yuna, Akito, it's so good to see you both!"

Yuna beamed, hugging Sayako before bending down slightly to wave at Ryo. "Hello, little one! You've grown so much!"

But Ryo was completely fixated on Yuna's belly. His tiny hands reached out, patting it gently, as if trying to figure out what exactly was going on. His eyebrows furrowed in concentration, and everyone burst out laughing at the sight.

Yuna smiled, placing her hand over Ryo's. "Are you curious about the baby?" {beta reader: took me a while BUT SHE'S PREGNANT?? BRO WHEN WAS THE WEDDING?? }

Ryo blinked at her, his tiny fingers still gently poking her belly as if it might respond to him. Then, to everyone's amusement, he leaned forward and rested his head against Yuna's bump, as if trying to listen for something. The entire group melted at the sight.

Sukuna crossed his arms, clearly entertained. "Looks like he's trying to figure out if there's another one of him in there."

Akito, who had been hovering protectively near Yuna, chuckled and leaned down to pat Ryo on the head. "That's right, little guy. There's a baby in there, but they won't be crawling around just yet."

Yuna grinned. "Give it a few more months, and they'll be causing chaos just like you."

Ryo, seeming satisfied with his investigation, suddenly poked Yuna's belly again and giggled, babbling something unintelligible but clearly excited. Sayako laughed, bouncing him slightly in her arms. "Ryo, that's your friend in there!"

Ryo didn't quite understand, of course, but the mention of 'friend' seemed to make him even more enthusiastic. He patted Yuna's belly once more, this time as if he were saying hello. Yuna looked down at Ryo with a loving smile, gently rubbing her belly. "I think they'll be best friends already." { beta reader: and maybe lovers if its a girl hehehehehe }

Akito couldn't resist. "Or partners in crime, knowing this family."

Sukuna gave a low chuckle, "That sounds about right. They'll probably team up and drive all of us crazy."
