Billie Joe slowly opened his eyes. He felt a gush of wind hitting his face, and the feeling of coldness surrounded him. When his eyes were open, he looked around to see nothing. Darkness.

He started to panic, bringing his nails to his mouth. Billie felt around the room for something, anything. As he did this he started to wonder, where was he? Was he even in a room?

With no success in finding any kind of light switch or wall, Billie started to breathe quickly. Extremely quickly. Not knowing where he even was frightened him. He always wants to be aware. Billie Joe couldn't even see his hand in front of his face.

"Well well well," someone snickered. Not just anyone, but Fink.

"Fink? W-Where are you - why can't I see you?" Billie stuttered. He turned around in circles searching for any sign of Fink.

Fink stayed silent. Billie Joe started to wonder if he had imagined Fink's voice. He shivered at the chilliness in the room. Where was he? What was happening?

Suddenly Billie felt someone's breath on his neck, breathing slow and steady.

"Boo!"

Billie Joe gasped and jumped. He quickly turned around, expecting to see Fink. Of course with Billie's luck, he turned around to see no sign of anyone. No one at all.

"Fink, stop playing games. This isn't funny!" Billie shouted. He anxiously waited for Fink to respond.

Billie Joe heard Fink sigh heavily. Instantly, a dim light appeared. Billie squinted, confused by the light and where it was coming from. Then suddenly, Fink slowly stepped into the light, crossing his arms over his chest.

"You're no fun," Fink chuckled. The same wicked grin showed on his face.

Billie blinked a few times in disbelief.

"What is going on? Where am I?"

Fink grinned and started walking towards Billie Joe again. The light seemed to follow him with every step he took. He circled Billie silently, feeling confident about his vagueness.

"What's the last thing you remember, Billie boy?" Fink whispered, stopping in front of Billie Joe. Their green eyes made harsh contact.

Billie looked off into the darkness, still wondering where he was. He thought back to what happened before he woke up in the strange place of the unknown. His mind drew a blank. Billie Joe mentally punched himself for being unable to remember.

"I don't know. I don't know how I got here..." Billie trailed off. The confusion had made him distant.

"Do you perhaps remember anything that has to do with your anxiety medication?" Fink said as he familiarly traced Billie's jaw.

Billie Joe just about passed out as he suddenly remembered what happened. It was perfectly clear. He saw the vision in his head. Billie finally realized...that he overdosed.

"I..."

Fink smiled at Billie's lost for words. He started to walk around Billie Joe again, taking in all his features. It brought Fink joy to see Billie so confused. So naive. So vulnerable.

"You tried to kill yourself. Well...you succeeded," Fink smirked.

Billie Joe was still confused. What did all of this mean?

"So I'm...dead?" Billie asked.

Fink didn't respond, but he did grin and gave Billie Joe a wink. He stopped in front of Billie again to look him over. Fink started to draw over Billie's collarbone as they obviously jutted out of his skin.
