"So are the brochures and invitation cards done?" Jimin asked Yoongi as he entered Hoseok's office.

"Oh I bet they are." Hoseok struggled to keep a straight face as he continued typing. His eyes were still on his screen but he was clearly enjoying the moment.

Jimin's eyebrows shot up in confusion, immediately turning to Yoongi for an explanation.

Yoongi shook his head as he made his way toward Hoseok's sofa, ignoring Jimin's questioning look.

"What?" Jimin leaned in closer to Hoseok.

"Mira came over to help last night." Hoseok explained, trying to suppress a grin as he glanced at Yoongi who was now visibly flustered.

"Ohhh... Hyung~" Jimin's lips curled into a smirk when he realized.

"Ah stop it," Yoongi didn't dare to look up, his face turning slightly red.

"Well, I'm glad they finished." Hoseok tried to refocus on the unanswered emails in his computer.

"Finished what thoug—"

"Jimin."

Jimin couldn't help but laugh as he clapped his hands in amusement.

"We didn't do anything." Yoongi quickly defended himself, not wanting them to assume further, "I would never do such things in my own workplace."

"Whatever you say Mr. Min~" Hoseok teased, still grinning as he typed away.

"How's the presentation going?" Yoongi immediately shifted the conversation as he turned to Jimin.

"Just need to add a few more slides and we're all set. We'll finish everything on time," Jimin reassured him with a nod and smile, "I'll get going. I have a meeting with my company in Paris soon."

He waved goodbye and stepped out of the office, leaving Yoongi and Hoseok alone.

"I think we'll finish answering all these emails by tomorrow," Hoseok said with a satisfied smile, taking a pause from his computer, "No need to stay overnight."

"Hm? You're home early today. I thought you were going to stay overnight." You set your plate of food down onto the dining table as you watched Yoongi entered.

"Hoseok's gonna take care of the rest." Yoongi sighed in relief as he sank into the chair across from you.

"I tried out a new recipe today. Not sure if you'll like it though." You mentioned before heading back into the kitchen to grab a plate for him.

"If it doesn't taste good just don't eat it." You warned, setting the seafood kimchi fried rice in front of him.

"You know I love your cooking." Yoongi's eyes lingered on the plate before looking up at you.

"Really? You never said that you do." You scoffed before taking your seat.

"Your hangover soup was delicious. It really made me feel so much better." Yoongi said nonchalantly before reaching for his spoon to start eating.

You paused, recalling the memory of Yoongi being drunk, causing you to let out a soft chuckle.

"What?" He glanced up at you with a spoonful of rice halfway to his mouth.

"That time when you were drunk." You didn't hesitate to remind him.

Yoongi immediately looked down at his plate, his lips pressing into a straight line as he tried to hide the shy smile that was forming. He quickly shoved another spoonful of food into his mouth, to shake off the awkwardness.

"Eat slowly. You're gonna choke." You poured a glass of water before sliding it over to him.

Yoongi nodded slightly, swallowing his food before taking a sip of water. He watched you for a moment, his gaze softening as you scooped up more rice.

"Mira."

"Hm?" You chewed your food as you looked up at him.

"I'll cancel the deal with the Kang Family tomorrow."

Your hand froze, the spoon hovering just above your plate as you locked eyes with him, noticing the sincerity in his expression.

"Will your parents be okay with it?" You murmured, setting your spoon down.

"They'll understand." Yoongi assured you, giving a firm nod as his hand reached out to cover yours. His fingers gently traced over your skin, a comforting gesture that made you feel at ease.

You nodded in agreement, a small smile forming as you looked back at your plate to finish your meal.

As you both continued eating, your hands stayed intertwined—

A simple but meaningful connection that spoke volumes more than words ever could.
