You didn't know how you ended up in this position last night or even when you fell asleep, but waking up in Yoongi's arms felt both strange and comforting.

"Mr. Min? Don't you have work?" You whispered, trying not to disturb the quiet morning.

"I'll go in the afternoon." Yoongi mumbled drowsily, his deep morning voice tickled your ear.

"I'll go prepare breakfa—"

"No." Yoongi pulled you closer, his chin resting on the top of your head as he began to drift back to sleep.

There was a warmth in his hold that you hadn't felt before. You just couldn't bring yourself to pull away.

So instead, you surrendered to the comfort of the moment, closing your eyes as you let yourself fall back asleep in Yoongi's arms.

"Late. Again." Hoseok stood crossing his arms as he stared at Yoongi. He was about to say more but his eyes widened in surprise when he saw you walking right behind him.

"Oh? Mira? Didn't know you're coming today."

"I invited her." Yoongi responded casually as he looked around the event hall where the staff were busy setting up chairs and tables.

Hoseok raised an eyebrow in astonishment, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

Just as you were about to explore, a familiar voice caught your attention, bringing a bright smile to your face.

"Hyung! Mira!" Jimin called out with a grin as he approach the three of you. Hoseok chuckled, draping an arm around his shoulders.

"Jimin decided to help out with the gala."

Yoongi gave Jimin a small smile as he nodded before turning his attention back to you.

"Do you like it?" Yoongi slipped his hands into his pockets as he looked at you.

"It's beautiful." You hummed in satisfaction as you looked up at him, "You all did a great work."

Yoongi's expression softened slightly at your words but before he could respond, you started walking away.

"I'll take a look around."

He watched you for a moment as you wandered off to explore, not realizing that a faint smile was playing on his lips.

"Ahem."

Hoseok purposely cleared his throat drawing Yoongi's attention back to him and Jimin who was chuckling beside him.

"What?" Yoongi raised an eyebrow, noticing the mischievous looks on their faces.

"Do you want Mira's help with planning or you just like having her around hm?" Hoseok crossed his arm as he studied Yoongi's expression.

"Both." Yoongi quickly responded before walking away, leaving the two of them confused.

"Hyung!" Jimin jogged up to catch up with Yoongi, stepping in front of him to block his path, "You can't just say that and walk away."

"Something happened between you two last night?"

"What? Why would you even ask that? We're not that close to be thinking about that!" Yoongi's raised his voice in panic, misinterpreting Jimin's question as something much more personal.

"Huh? What are you talking about? Didn't you guys have a deal or something?" Jimin tilted his head, confused by Yoongi's sudden defensiveness.

Yoongi went silent, realizing that he had completely misunderstood the question.

Jimin blinked, still processing the interaction before a grin spread across his face as the realization hit him.

"Hyung, you really thought I was asking about that?!" He bursted laughing, his voice echoed through the halls, flustering Yoongi.

Yoongi ducked his head down, trying to hide the crimson color that was spreading across his cheeks as Jimin continued to tease him mercilessly.

"But seriously, Hyung," Jimin took a deep breath, forcing himself to calm down as he moved on to the serious topic, "How about the deal?"

Yoongi hesitated for a moment, his gaze drifting back to Mira who was happily chatting with the staff. The way her eyes sparkled with joy and her lips curled into a smile whenever someone made a joke made him smile too.

"Just give her some time. I don't think she wants to talk about it right now." Yoongi sighed, his voice softening as he continued to watch her.

Jimin hummed, following Yoongi's line of sight, observing the way his expression softens whenever he looked at Mira.

"But what I know is that..." Yoongi turned his head back to face Jimin.

"I want to cancel the deal."
