Chapter 37 : Assassin in action

After listening to those words from his mouth everyone froze. Blood says, “unaccomplished?” Blood remembered something. It was their working days. Their captain says, “Remember we do not leave missions unaccomplished. Saying a mission unaccomplished means you are about to die. So keep in mind. Until you die, The mission is not unaccomplished.”

They all knew about it so they all froze by shock.

Eagle eye’s body falls behind daily but she was too shocked and scared to look behind. Mask was also equally shocked as something like this has never happened to his team. Diaby looks behind and gets scared by seeing eagle eye's face. He was crying. His eyes were red and tears rolled on his cheeks. She falls on her knees. Slowly the area was getting covered in smoke but they didn't notice it.

Mask shouts, “Do not flinch. Blood, attack.” Blood brings forth his officers and Mask says to fire but karma was not there anymore. They decide to walk on the ship. Suddenly a big cloud of smoke releases from the ship and the whole area gets covered by smoke. They all start coughing. The vision became worse as all they could see was white color of the smoke.

After some time the smokes started to get cleared and as the smoke was getting away their vision became more and more clear. When more smoke got away what they saw confused them. They were seeing figures in the same clothes as Karma.

After the smoke was completely away they saw many Karmas standing all around and surrounding them. Their number was uncountable by them. They all had guns on them and all the members of SA were completely trapped there.

Mask says, “Don't get scared. Look for a move. Then kill as many of them as you want. Shadow opposes saying, “What if he is using innocent people?” Listening to it Mask shouts,

“If you were forced to do this. We are giving you this opportunity. Throw your guns and open your Masks. Don't be scared Karma will be caught right here.”

They all take up their guns and point them at the members they were surrounding. Blood and his officers were surrounded by nearly 30 Karmas. Other members were surrounded by fewer people as they were alone. Shadow was surrounded by 8 people each standing in each of the 8 directions from him.

Shadow says, “Mask, I'm attacking. I'll just kill them. Because now I know, they must be killed.”

Masks says, “Then I leave this to you. Do it silently. I'll act as if I'm surrendering.”

“ Got it ”

Mask raises both of his hands showing that he has surrendered. On the other side, Shadow looks at all of them while thinking about something. Then he starts his action.

Shadow pulls out two knives, one from his backside of belt using his right hand and the other one from the front side of his belt with his left hand and then throws them towards the Karmas who were standing in his North and West direction simultaneously. Then he takes out another knife from his backside of the belt using his left hand and one from his back behind the left shoulder using his right hand and throws them at the Karmas who were standing in his east and northwest simultaneously. He then takes out 2 more knives one from his side pocket and the other one from behind his back and then throws them towards the Karmas who were standing in his northeast and southwest. He then takes out a dagger, turns around and in an instant reaches towards the three remaining karmas and slashes their necks, killing all 8 of them in just a few seconds. Shadow then disappears from there.

Shadow reached where Diaby was and shot the 3 Karmas standing there from behind. He was using silencers so no one knew about it. He then rushes towards where Luna was and gets on top of a container. From there he saw the 2 Karmas who were standing there. He jumps directly on one of them and shoots the other one while the first one falls and then shoots him too. 

Shadow tells Blood to wait for his signal then start open fire at all of them. Shadow reaches where Blood and others were and rolls a signal bomb towards one of them. The signal bomb explodes launching a red beam towards the sky. The Karmas standing there got startled. Blood shouts, “Fire!!” They all start shooting at the Karmas while the Karmas take some time to notice it. They started counter attacking but it was too late for them. They all fall there.

After securing all of them they hurry towards where Mask was standing and when they reach there they see Mask is on his knees and one of the Karma has pointed a gun at Mask’s head. 

The others point their guns towards the other members working with Mask and tell them to give up. They all were exposed and had no choice so they all put their hands up. Mask notices that shadow was not there and thinks, “Where is Shadow? He is not there? Oh no. Is that fool trying something again? No way! Don't tell me he is going to perform a surprise attack.”

The real Karma walks out and says, “So now will it be over? Of Course it will be. I will end it.

Soldiers! When I reach zero. Shoot everyone and just leave Mask alive.

You got that?”

They all shout “ Yes sir !”

Karma then says, “It's over now. Have a look at each other for the last time.

Three…..”

They all were confused and scared thinking they never imagined it would turn out this way and they would play into his hands like kids.

“Two…….”

They all closed their eyes. Blood says, “ It can't end like this. It should not. Please save us. Someone. Anyone. Give us one last chance. We have got to give more to it.”

“One……”

Karma was standing there on the shore thinking it's finally over and was smiling with joy.

“Zero!”
