"Nice job today. You're starting to get better at this" said Nat when the training was over. I had been training for about a month now and I felt myself getting stronger each day.

"Thanks. You're getting better at the teaching part, too" I replied with a smirk. She just crossed her arms and smirked.

I went to my room to take a shower. Shower after training was the best feeling ever. The hot water streaming down your body, the steam moistening your face and then wrapping yourself up into one of the Avengers heavenly fluffy towels.

I changed into a (Christmas!) sweater and jeans and ran downstairs. Even running down the stairs felt easier since I'd started training.

I entered the living room with a huge smile.

"Your obnoxious sweater makes me want to vomit" said Loki in his monotonous voice.

"Hello to you, too, Grinch" I replied.

"Brother, you are being impertinent. I believe it's a nice fashion choice" said Thor.

"Thanks Thor, that's so sweet!"

"Hi, little elves!" said Tony entering the room.

"Excited about Christmas?" I asked.

"More or less. I hate buying gifts, though. These little brats are picky as hell, I usually just ask JARVIS to do the job for me"

I realized I didn't have any gifts for them, nor money. Also, was I going to fly to London see my parents this year?

I pulled out my phone.

me: Hey mom

me: I realized you haven't told me the plan for Christmas🙃

me: Will I fly to London or smth?

mom: Hi sweetie

mom: yeah, sorry I didn't tell you

mom: I bought you a plane ticket for the 23rd😁

me: Yayyy I can't wait to see u🥳

"I'll fly to London for Christmas this year" I said.

They all looked up. They seemed disappointed, but understanding.

"Oh, that's nice! Say hi to your family from me" said Wanda.

"Could you bring me a hat with the British flag on it?" asked Sam, excited.

"I'll...try to find one" I laughed.

"Do they have arrows there?" asked Clint.

"Um, you probably can't casually buy them in the supermarket" I replied.

"Why not?" he looked sad.

"You mean, other than the fact that they're deadly weapons?" I asked.

"Just in the right hands" smirked Nat.

"OKAY" I replied, lifting my eyebrows. "Can I buy you souvenirs as Christmas presents?"

"Oh, you don't have to buy us anything..." started Wanda.

"Sure she does" interrupted Tony. "I like cars. Oh, and if you could find one with the British flag on it..." he gestured.

I giggled.

"How about a keychain and a box of chocolates?"

"Someone's greedy!" he replied.

"Well someone doesn't have the bank account of an old sassy man".
