E/c eyes groggily opened as Y/n heard the sounds of a fight. You repress a groan, remembering that you were quite literally kidnapped.

"You asshole." Another loud smack as something splattered on the ground. "Who said you could handle her like that?" a voice seethes, eerily calm, but the anger was evident. "We should just kill him."

"No, making him run for the rest of his pathetic life is far crueler," another voice drawls coldly. "Take him away." You crack your eyes open as you sit up, making out a silhouette of two figures as another one drags a body away. I can't make them out, you think.

The shorter one turns in your direction, and you stiffen. "Hey, she's awake." The taller one was quick to turn as well.

You suck in a deep breath and force yourself to stand. You back away as they come closer. "..Stay...back," you mutter, shaking your head to rid yourself of the fog. Dammit, how did no one notice? you think. The cops may have been coming, but someone from Toman should've noticed. Hell, your mom was there too, yet she didn't see?!

A hand reaches for you to steady you as you sway, but you swat it aside. Your vision was starting to clear, and you made out black and blonde braids. The style tugged at your memory.

"Careful. That bastard used some drug to knock her out," the short one warns the other. "Oh, so she's probably out of it," the dual-haired one says and pulls back.

You massage your head as you take another step back. "Geez, where's Daichi when we need him," he grumbles lowly as they wait for you.

You crack your eyes open, finally seeing the ground clearly. Your gaze trails upward to the two figures talking among themselves. They both glance over and your eyes lock. You blink and they seem to focus even more, but you couldn't quite believe it. Twin pairs of lilac eyes, one sharp but soft as they gaze at you. The other lazily downturned, but the passion behind them was unmistakable.

You stood there frozen, your heart skipping a beat as you recognize them. Memories flooded your mind—laughter shared under the sun, whispered secrets in the dark, and the agonizing ache of their sudden disappearance. The weight of your emotions crashed over you like a tidal wave, overwhelming your senses as they stepped closer. Your heart swelled as if it could finally take a proper breath of air again. Their eyes, deep and expressive, were filled with warmth as if they could see straight through the walls you had built around your heart in their absence.

"No way," you breathe, taking a step in their direction. The cold, unyielding walls of the alley seemed to fade away, dissolving into the background as if they were mere spectators to this moment of reconnection. In that instant, the world outside vanished—no honking cars, no bustling crowds, just the three of them suspended in a bubble of intimacy. The air was thick with unspoken words, and you could feel a magnetic pull that drew you closer. You could hardly breathe, your chest tightening with a mix of fear and exhilaration. Would they still feel the same? Would they be able to go back to how it used to be?

But did you want that? Seeing them again after so long made you realize something. What you felt wasn't what mere friends feel for each other, no matter how close they are.

Y/n took another step forward, closing the distance between them, and they opened their arms in welcome. You jump into their waiting arms, tears trailing through the air. Their warmth wrapped around you and you sigh, finally feeling..at home. "We've missed you too," Ran chuckles as you bury further into their embrace. Their arms wrapped around each other as they pull you closer. Their shoulder relaxing as your scent and warmth filled their senses.

Rin reached out, his hand brushing against your cheek. It was as if no time had passed at all, as if the years apart had only deepened the connection they once shared. You felt the walls you had so carefully constructed over those years begin to crumble, each brick falling away as you allowed yourself to be vulnerable in their presence. The love you had kept locked away for so long surged to the surface, a torrent of feelings that threatened to spill over.

"I love you," you whispered, your voice trembling with emotion as they flinch in surprise. "I love you━I love you guys so much!" you sob as your arms tighten around them. "Don't ever leave me again, do you hear me!"

They smiled soft, genuine smiles that lit up their face and chased away the shadows of doubt. "You have no idea how long we waited to hear that from you," Rin replied, his voice low and soothing, wrapping around you like a warm embrace. "We love you too," Ran whispers.

In that moment, the past two years melted away, and all that remained was the undeniable truth of their bond. Now that you were with them again, there was no way in hell you'd let them disappear again. If they got arrested, you would simply give the damn police a reason to take you in too.

You never wanted to revert back to that state again. Having to squash the urge to draw blood was never easy to begin with, but the moment you met these two...It became so much easier to control. You pull back, your arms unlooping from them, and you cup Ran's cheeks, startling him with your warm gaze.

You've never looked so full of life and warmth until that moment. You press a soft kiss against his lips, causing him to gape silently even as you pull away. You did the same to Rin, and he easily recuperated it, having already realized since you kissed Ran first, causing you to smile against his lips.

"I know this isn't right," you mumble as you pull away, your cheeks dusted a soft pink. "But I could never choose between the two of you," you mumble, looking down. "I..I don't know how you guys would feel about it, but I couldn't choose one over the other...ever." You finally meet their eyes and you can't help but recall a stupid conversation you had with an old friend all those years ago before you were forced to kill her. You were just kids back then, right after your sister had passed away, but you recalled the question as you stared at the two in front of you.

"What's your favorite color?" she asked as the pair sat in a room drawing on paper and covered in markers. You blink in surprise and think for a moment. You would've said red since you loved your sister and her hair was red. It was also the color of blood and all the dresses your mother would wear, so...did you have one? "I don't know," you answer, lips curling into a pout. "Haha, you're so dumb! Mine's blue!"

You smile as you recall the memory. It's lilac, F/n...my favorite color is lilac because it reminds me of their eyes, you think and embrace them again. "So, I love you both more than anything," you whisper, and they wrap their arms around you.

"We wouldn't want it any other way, because━" Ran paused and Rin continued. "We both love you too." You chuckle remembering they had done something like this before. "How cute, you finished each other's sentence," you chuckle. They share a smirk over your shoulders.

Maybe this wouldn't be so bad, sure many will judge but since when did you care? Besides Kiyoko was right, you can have both instead of having to choose. There will definitely be more to come in regards to danger given Kitsaki's stubbornness to see his great plan through. But you knew that the three of you will get through it. You won't let Kisaki manipulate these two in any way, because the Haitani brothers had a reputation, and you wouldn't put it past him to try to get them on his side plus you'd be damned if you let a thirteen-year-old separate you from these two again.
