Ichigo Kurosaki has been able to see spirits his entire life, but when he meets Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper that battles evil spirits known as Hollows, his life is changed. Rukia transfers most of her powers to Ichigo, and Ichigo the Substitute Soul Reaper is born.
My thoughts: You can see by the star rating that I really enjoy this show. Many people say that you haven't really seen anime until you've seen bleach, and I think I might agree. The show is consistently exciting, has hilarious characters, and is just straight up awesome.
