Our world is changed when another world paralleling ours is discovered. The only connection between the two worlds are portals called gates that only open in one Japanese city. The creatures in the other world are for some reason trying to kill humans. A device was made so that these portals full of enemies would only open in a small area. Fighters called Borders live in this area and try to defend the people of the city against these strange creatures they call Neighbors. Osamu Mikumo is trying to become a Border agent, but a strange kid transfers to his school and changes Osamu's life. This kid, Yuma, just so happens to be a Neighbor.
My thoughts: I think this show is really cool and creative, even though only a few episodes have been released so far. I really like all the characters, especially Yuma.
