Hamatora is the name of a team of detectives with special abilities called minimums. Together with a few other detective teams and the police, they solve many crimes, mainly ones involving other minimum holders. The detectives are drawn to a series of murders where minimum holders are killed and there are no traces of the murderer. The Hamatora duo decides to get involved in this case, but digging deeper means risking their lives and the lives of minimum holders around them.
My thoughts: This was an extremely well done show. The only way I can think to describe it is the Sherlock Holmes of anime. The characters are fantastic, and so are the special abilities. I especially like the main character, Nice, who has super speed that can only be used when he is wearing headphones. The plot was one of the most thrilling plots I have ever seen. I can guarantee that none of you will be able to guess the ending. Do not make the mistake I did and think there are only twelve episodes because many sights only have that many, because if you're like me, you will want to seriously injure something due to how the first season ends. Well, I hope you watch it, but be aware that it is violent and dark.
