Ohana Matsumae has her life uprooted when her mom and her boyfriend elope and send Ohana to her grandmother's inn. Her best friend Ko confesses his love the night before she leaves, and suddenly Ohana feels very awkward as she leaves Tokyo. Ohana has never met her grandmother, and is surprised to discover that her grandmother expects her to work full-time at the inn as a waitress.
My thoughts: This show is great! I love all the characters, especially the inn staff. There are so many people with crushes on the same people and it was a little overwhelming. I was super stressed that people were going to end the series with broken hearts, but it actually ended really well and I'm very impressed with whoever wrote this series.
