Soji is a high school boy who loves girls with twin tails (also referred to as pig tails). One day a strange woman, named Twoearle, gives him a wrist band that turns him into TailRed, a female warrior who's purpose us to save twin tails from an evil alien race.
My thoughts: really bizarre and dorky show (same kind of atmosphere as sailor Moon) the main characters were fun, although the main guy was rather strange.
