Satoru is a failing manga artist who has a strange ability that when something bad happens he will unwillingly jump back in time a few minutes to prevent it. He has begun to get used to it, being more observant so as to know what crime he is to solve. His world changes when his mother is suddenly murdered and instead of going back a few minutes in time, Satoru is sent eighteen years into his past. A chain of serial kidnapping occurred when he was a kid, and somehow they are connected to his mother's future murder. Satoru must solve the kidnappings before they happen to prevent the future tragedy.
My thoughts: Plot wise, I think this is the most well done anime I've ever seen. The suspense is incredible, be warned that this series will likely require binge watching. Amazing show, if you like good plots, this is fantastic.
