Yu Otosaka has the ability to possess another person for 5 seconds. As a typical high school student, he uses this ability to cheat on tests by possessing the smartest kids and reading their answers before returning to his own body to write them down. When he meets Nao Tomori, the student council president of a school for kids with special abilities, his days of cheap tricks are over.
My thoughts: This is a very well done show. It's by the same studio that did Angel Beats and Clannad, so if you liked those you will definitely like Charlotte. The special abilities are minor, but still really fun (like super speed that is uncontrollable resulting in that character repeatedly flying out windows). I would definitely suggest this show, it has a good mix of comedy, excitement, and emotion.
