This show takes place at a high school that is a rest stop between death and moving onto other places. Otonashi just found out he's dead when he wakes up at this school, he can't remember his life and doesn't really believe he's dead. Out of the school, only a handful are dead people, they call themselves the Afterlife Battlefront. Their goal is to take down Angel, the girl who obliterates people like them to get them to move on to the afterlife.
My thoughts: I thought this show was really cool and creative, yes it has a lot of violence, but since their already dead they just heal themselves. The show is dark in idea, but really lighthearted and fun.
