“What?! Why didn't you tell me earlier?!”
“Shh. Chup(1). Krish will cry if he senses fear. He has already cried for like an hour.”

[(1) : Quiet.]

He nodded when I whispered and we both looked at Krish, who was now eating a lollipop. We sighed.

“I will tell you everything afterwards. Now let's just go.”

He nodded and we left to his car, which I seem is not his car because there I could see Ayana's bra in the backseat.

   Holy mother.

I immediately took it and hid it in my purse, avoiding exposure to even Krish or Utkarsh while he started the engine of the car.

I have so many questions to ask her later.

Utkarsh may have been in a hurry, because no way in the world he would let it lay there. He'd probably have used a handkerchief to pick it and placed it in a safe corner like a gentleman he is.

I am so proud of my boyfriend.

“You shall sleep in my room tonight as well.” He spoke while driving, but his eyes were fixed on the road so intensely that the glass would've broken. I know he would be upset and angry and blaming himself for everything that happened, but it was not his fault.

   Not at all.

I laid back in my seat to remember everything and every minute detail which I can remember, in case Utkarsh needs it.

“So?” That bastard asked me to break the engagement and marry him, or he'll harm Krish.

God, am I left with no choices?

Will I have to agree to him and put three lives—more than three, if I include my friends—miserable at once?

I thought for a while, looking at Krish who was playing with my bracelet in my lap. I have to think quick.

   What if I lie?

“I will break the engagement with Utkarsh.”

I lied shamelessly, and he smirked, gripping my chin, looking at me with love with his pathetic eyes.
