"Bye Primmy! Bye Mum!" I call as I leave the house excitedly and jumping into my convertible. I sped to school nervously hoping that the first day would go well. I've never really had any real friends before Gale. He was my only friend and only lover at the time so I'm hoping that maybe I'll make some real friends and join a group.
I pull into an empty parking space in between 2 flashy Mercedes. It was the only available parking space, it was a very busy car park for a school. I suddenly feel a bit self conscious about my car. I shake the feeling of a nervously get out. Butterflies were flying around rapidly in my stomach as I locked the car.
"Why are you parking there new kid?" A rude stern voice asks behind behind. I slowly turn around only to come face to face with a very hot guy with blue eyes. He was wearing a black leather jacket and black skinny jeans, He had a muscular body.I knew immediately that I was facing a trouble maker. His face expression showed it all.
"I-I u-umm I'm sorry I didn't know" I stutter a bit scared. He comes up close and grabs my collar, his face just inches away from mine. His breathe smelt like girls perfume and breath mints. He pushes me up against my car.
"How did you know I was new?" I ask him whispering scared.
"Know one and I mean Know one parks here" He breathes down my neck. I gulp and start looking around for any help but it seems everyone has left the car park as soon as they saw the scene occur.
"I'm sorry" I squeak. He brings his face even closer than before, our lips were brushing against each other. I thought he was going to kiss me. But instead he rips the hair tie from my hair letting my flowy hair fall onto my shoulders. He shoves me down onto the hard cemented tar. I let out a shriek as my hands and arms make contact with the hard ground making an awful scratching noise.
He lets out a small chuckle and snarls at me. A few tears fall from my eyes. He laughs even more. I pick myself up trying to hold back a sob. I pick my bag up and keep my head low.
"What's going on here" A pretty precise female voice comes from a car in front of us.
"Some new kid wanted to park in your spot babe" He smirks at the girl and then gives me a glare. The girl glares at me before driving away from us.
"You better run" He snarls at me. I start to walk away out a pair of string muscular arms pull me back. I let out a yelp as he pull me back and holds me tightly. The girl comes strutting back in her high heels.
"Thanks to you I had to park next to PAUL BUSHER!" She screams making her way over to me. "And stay away from my boyfriend" She whispers harshly in my ear.
"Now that you've learnt you lesson you can get out of my face" She coughs disgustingly in my face and unzips my bag letting all my books and papers fall out.
"Hey!" I cry out as my papers and books fall into a dirty puddle. They both laugh before going into a heavy make out sessions in front of me. My eyes widen, The girl no closer than a few inches to me. I crouch down and start picking up my loose books trying to ignore them. I manage to get a few dry papers and the rest damp with dirty water. A few tears come to my eyes as I zip up my bag.
Suddenly the girl sticks out her heel which kicks me right in the nose. I gasp loudly as blood starts to pour out of my nose. I quickly wipe away the blood before it drys. I hear a wicked laugh come from them as they switch from leaning against the boys car to leaning on mine.
"Hey that's my car! Stop!" I yell as I watch them make out on my car. The tears start falling again. ?They don't stop of course. They completely ignore me as they kiss each other feverishly. I stamp my foot like an 8yr old. Suddenly the boy leaves the girls lips and starts trailing downwards.
I can't watch this anymore! I run away from all the noise and commotion happening around me. I run inside the school building and come to a halt when I realise everyone's watching me. I walk awkwardly towards the office while all eyes are on me. I see people whispering to each other. I hold back the tears that were coming again.
"Katniss Everdeen" I tell the lady who was standing at the desk. She smiles and hands me a piece of paper which suppose to be my timetable. Wow, who knew that a year eleven time table was different to the juniors.
My first class was history in B1. I look at the small map of the school they had given to me and made my way to the class room. I peek inside quickly to see if I was in the right classroom.

"Umm is this Mr Patrick's class?" I ask awkwardly. A snort comes from the back of the class room. I look to see who it is. Its that girl and boy again.
"Miss Delly Cartwright!" The teacher yells at the girl who suppose was Delly. Delly chuckles lightly and turns back to the boy she was with this morning. The boy that pushed me and made me bleed.
"Sorry sweetheart, yes I'm Mr Patrick's but call me sir" He tells me ushering me inside the classroom.
"Are you Katniss Everdeen?" He asks me. I nod shyly.
"Can you please take a seat and take your history book out" He tells me and walks back to the blackboard. I stand awkwardly not knowing where to sit. There was one empty seat next to a red headed girl. I slowly approach her and sit in the empty space. She smiles sweetly at me.
"Hi you must be Katniss I'm Annie" she whispers quietly but excitedly.
"Hi Annie" I say awkwardly. I take out my history book. I gasp when I get a better look at it. I put it on the table. It's soaked with water and mud and is barely even a book anymore. Tears start to form in the back of my eyes but don't fall.
Annie gasps loudly making the whole class look at us. She awkwardly stifles a laugh. I smile awkwardly at the teacher. Delly looks at me and rolls her eyes.
"Is there a problem?" Sir asks the me. I stand up.
"Umm I don't have a history book" I mumble. My lip was quivering as I spoke.
"Well I'm sorry Katniss but I can't help you with that right now" The teacher gives me a stern look and I quickly sit down.
"Oh Katniss, what happened?" She asks me sorrowfully. "Here use my books I have an extra" She smiles and pulls out an empty fresh binder book.
"Thanks so much Annie" I grin. "Your my saviour" I laugh quietly.
"Hey want to sit with me and my friends at lunch?" She asks me with a hint if hope.
"Sure since I don't really know anyone here" I tell her shyly.
"Well she you know me and your about to know my friends" Her eyes glisten with excitement.
