After a night of emotional release, Anupamaa finally let herself sleep, her head resting in Anurag's lap. Exhausted from the weight of her years of silent suffering, her body curled up in a rare state of peace, something she had not felt in years.

Anurag, his heart heavy with concern, gently stroked her hair as she slept. His mind was racing, trying to make sense of all that had unfolded in just a few hours. Anupamaa had been shattered in front of him, her vulnerability exposing years of abuse and torment. But now, seeing her sleep like this, he felt a surge of protectiveness. He couldn't let her go back to that nightmare unarmed.

As he sat there, making sure she was comfortable, Anurag reached into his pocket to check his phone. That's when he realized that the video recording from earlier hadn't been turned off. He had completely forgotten about it.

Anurag (whispering to himself):
"Oh... the video... it's still recording?"

He quickly stopped the recording and checked the footage, his eyes widening as he watched everything that had been captured. It included not only the dinner, but also the aftermath-the harsh words, Vanraj's aggression, and most importantly, Anupamaa's vulnerable confessions. Everything she had spoken about-the years of mental abuse, the marital rape, the crushing of her dreams-was now in his hands.

Anurag clenched his jaw, knowing this video was a weapon against Vanraj. For now, he put the phone aside and looked back at Anupamaa. She needed rest. Confrontation would come tomorrow, but tonight was for her to regain strength.

But before anything else, Anurag knew Samar would be worried sick about his mother. He picked up the phone again and dialed Samar's number. After a few rings, a panicked voice came from the other end.

Samar (worried, speaking rapidly):
"Hello? Anurag bhaiya? Mummy kahan hai? Kya woh theek hai?"

Anurag (calmly):
"Samar, relax. Tumhari mummy mere saath hai, safe hai. Abhi abhi soyi hai, aur dinner bhi kar liya tha. Tumhe tension lene ki bilkul zarurat nahi hai."

Samar's heavy sigh of relief could be heard through the phone.

Samar (relieved, his voice softer now):
"Shukr hai. Thank you bhaiya. Main ab Bapuji ko bataata hoon."

Samar immediately went to inform Bapuji about Anupamaa's whereabouts. Bapuji, though still worried, was relieved to hear that Anupamaa was with Anurag, someone he had grown to trust after the dinner party.

Bapuji (nodding, his tone thoughtful):
"Anurag ne apna farz nibhaya hai. Hum bhi shant reh sakte hain. Lekin..."

Before Bapuji could finish, Baa's shrill voice cut through.

Baa (angry, suspicious):
"Bahu ko kisi ajnabee ke ghar raat bhar rehna theek nahi hai! Log kya kahenge? Aur wahan aur kaun hai uske saath?"

Samar, growing frustrated with Baa's constant negativity, calmly responded.

Samar (firmly, but respectfully):
"Baa, Anurag bhaiya ke ghar aur koi nahi hai. Sirf unki ek nanny hai jo khaana banane aur ghar ka dhyaan rakhne ke liye wahan rehti hai. Unpe bharosa kiya ja sakta hai."

Baa clicked her tongue disapprovingly but fell silent. Deep down, even she knew Anurag had proven himself to be a trustworthy person during dinner, but her prejudices wouldn't let her admit it easily.

The next morning, Anurag made sure Anupamaa was ready before they left for the Shah house. He had spent the night thinking, planning how to handle Vanraj. It wouldn't be easy; Vanraj was a man used to controlling everything around him. But this time, Anurag had something Vanraj wouldn't expect-a video that could destroy his reputation, his life, and expose the domestic violence he had been subjecting Anupamaa to for years.
