Meanwhile, in Krishna Kunj, Baa, Baapuji, and Vanraj sat in the hall, the atmosphere thick with tension and unspoken regrets. Baapuji, as usual, was overwhelmed with a mix of sadness and anger, his gaze fixed on Baa and Vanraj. He couldn't help but vent his frustration at the situation they found themselves in. It was clear that he had never truly recognized the role he had played in this mess, nor had he grasped the weight of his own mistakes.

With a heavy heart and a voice quivering with emotion, Baapuji began to express his dismay. "Deeko, deeko, kya halath hogayi hai humari Anupamaa ke bina... Achchi kaasi deekbaal kar rahi thi humari... sab kaam karti thi. Har cheez ka khayal rakhti thi, par nahi... aalogon ko chain kaha milti hai... uska apmaan kardiya... Aur woh chaligayi..."

He paused for a moment, shaking his head as if trying to shake off the reality of her absence. The bitterness in his tone grew sharper as he continued, "Ab humara dekbaal kon karega? Yeh tera beta Vanraj toh naalayak hai, ek number ka!" His words dripped with disdain, the disappointment evident in his voice.

What struck deep was the realization that Baapuji was less concerned about Anupamaa as a person and more troubled by the thought of losing someone who had dedicated herself to their care. To him, she had become nothing more than a "naukrani," a servant who had catered to their every need. Anupamaa had surrendered her own identity to serve them, and Baapuji's desire to have her back stemmed not from love or respect, but rather from a selfish need for someone to manage their household.

As he looked around the hall, it was painfully clear that their supposed kindness towards her had been nothing more than a performance, a mere drama to mask their selfishness. They had failed to see her for who she truly was, and now they were left to grapple with the consequences of their actions.

Baa, feeling the weight of the accusations, tried to defend her son. "Mera beta... naalayak nahi hai! Aap aise kyun keh rahe hain, Vanraj ke Baapuji? Kya aapko kuch aur nazar nahi aata? Har baar aap uski burai karte hain, par kya aapne dekha hai kitni mushkilein usne jheli hain?"

Vanraj, sensing the mounting pressure, spoke up. "Baapuji, main sach mein koshish kar raha hun. Job toh nahi mil raha hai. Ab main kya karun? Upar se abhi toh paise bhi hain na." His voice was laced with frustration, a plea for understanding in a world that felt increasingly unforgiving.

"Woh paise hai jo kharkhane ko bechne ke baad mile the," Baapuji retorted sharply, his tone revealing the cracks in their already fragile situation.

Baa's eyes widened in disbelief. "Kya? Kharkhane ko bech diya? Yeh toh humari izzat ki baat hai!" She felt a sense of betrayal wash over her. "Is tarah se humari ghar ki baat chit kar rahe ho? Aapne itna bada kadam utha liya!"

"Haan, beech diya," Baapuji replied with a grim finality, the weight of his words hanging in the air. "Usne paise deke khareedi hai, Leela. Aur hum kya kar sakte hain? Humein yeh zarurat thi..."

With a deep sigh, Vanraj added, "Aur woh Anupamaa ko becha hai... uske bina humara kuch nahi!" His words cut through the tension like a knife, revealing the depth of his anger and frustration.

Baa shook her head in disbelief. "Wah! Humari khushiyon ko toh cheen liya, ab kharkhane ko bhi le gayi Maharani! Kitni beizzati ki baat hai! Usne humare liye kuch nahi kiya, bas apne liye sochti hai!" Her voice rose with indignation, each word laced with a bitter sense of loss.

Bapuji's voice softened momentarily as he attempted to clarify, "Woh zameen Anupamaa ke naam nahi hai, Samar ke naam hai... par yeh sab itna kharab kyun ho gaya? Kyun usse humse alag karna chahte ho?"

"But woh toh apni mummy ka pallu nahi chhod sakta, " Baa exclaimed, her concern for their family evident in her tone. "Kya aapko nahi pata ki woh hamesha apne maa ki taraf dekhega? Usse yeh sab achha nahi lag raha hai!"
