I threw an empty beer bottle at the building. "Come out here, Lehman! Face me like a man. Don't hide from me. I know you're hiding in there like a little bitch."

Nsync came on in my head. I looked around. There was not a band by me. I saw a light from my pocket. Why was my crotch lighting up? My phone! I love my phone. I was getting a call. "Hellooooo?"

The voice coming the other end was shouting. "Tobias, where the hell are you? You haven't gotten home and it's almost eleven."

This person knew who I was. Could it be my conscience? I had to know. "Who is this?"

The other voice seemed angry. "Who do you think? It's Rory. Where are you?" Rory! I love that girl.

She could party with me! "I'm outside of work."

"Stay there. Don't do anything stupid." Why was she being mean?

"You're not my mom!" She not my real mom!

"I swear to god when I get there." She threatened.

"I'll save you a drink." I hung up the phone. Now it will be a party. But I had to stay here. Party TIME!! I stumbled to the ground and opened another beer.

I waited for them to get here. "Tobias!" I heard from a car.

Someone walked out of the car and towards me. "Ha! It's my best friend, Rory." I hugged her.

She was whispering something in my ear. "Tobias, I know you are drunk out of your fucking mind right now, but if you say anything about being a superhero I will shank off your balls."

A shank? I never gave her one. "You don't own a shank." Do I own one?

She glared at me. "It's called a skive. I can make one."

I tried to touch her nose, but my finger hit her shoulder. Oops. "Ok. Here's your beer I saved you."

Rory grabbed my hand. "Let's go."

"Do you need help getting him in the car?" Another voice came from the car.

Rory responded. "No, I'm fine."

"Who's that?" I asked. Maybe it was Rose! Or Jeb! Maybe even Jerry! Can any of them drive?

Rory groaned. "I couldn't be walking out here in the middle of the night. I'm only fourteen. I asked Faye for help."

Faye! The love of my life! "Faye! She's super pretty."

Faye looked at me then to Rory. I could see she was blushing. "Thanks. Now lets get you guys home. My grandma is making a drink that will help with your hangover. I can give it to you in the morning."

The car pulled away. I put my head in between the seats and whispered. "Aren't you wondering why I'm so wasted?"

Faye laughed. I must be a comedian! "No, I don't get into other's business." Faye said after her laugh.

I brushed her hair with my hand."I want you to sit back here with me. Please?"

Rory answered my plea. "Keep driving."

I wasn't going to give up that quickly. "Please?"

Rory pushed me back. "He's a big boy, he can handle the ride by himself."

After that the car ride was quiet. Rory turned on the radio so the awkward silence would go away. I sang along to the songs I knew and made up words to the songs I didn't know. After what seems like an eternity the car stopped.

Faye helped me out of the car. "Here we are." I stumbled into her. We held onto each other. My stomach felt there were butterflies in it.

Nope. Not butterflies, that was just my stomach. "I don't feel good."

Rory pulled me away from Faye. "That's because you drank a case of beer." Rory said.

I stopped. "I'm gonna hurl." I went to the nearest garbage can and threw up. I stood up and stumbled over to Rory.

Faye giggled. "Right in Vincent's topiary. He won't be happy."

I turned to Faye and put my finger on my mouth. "Well shhh."

She turned me around back to the door. "Let's get you up stairs."

The stair trip up was very interesting. Faye and Rory basically had to carry me up. It took a long time to get up. I kept trying to get them to have a little fun. I think I fell down the stairs once. It was like a roller coaster. I think I might have touch Faye's boobs too. Talk about second base!

When we got to the top Faye and Rory placed me down in front of the door. Rory went digging into my pocket and pulled out my wallet while Faye made her way to her unit.

Rory turned to Faye."Thanks again. Here." She pulled out a dollar.

Faye shook her head. "No, you don't need to pay me."

Rory glanced at me. "I'm not paying you, he is. And he only has a dollar."

Faye tried to make Rory put the dollar away. "Hey I'm fine."

Rory placed the dollar in Faye's hand. "Please take it. It's the least I can do."

Faye reluctantly took the dollar and made her way into her apartment. "Make sure he gets some sleep."

"He will." Rory said walking towards me. She pick me up, well at least tried. The last thing I remember is getting in the house. Then I passed out.
