"Is that Kenny?" I asked.

Rory stood up, bee lining towards the door. "I think so."

"Ooo is that your boyfriend?" Rose asked jumping on the couch.

"NO!" Rory and I both said. Mine was more of a shout.

Rory opened the door. "Hey Kenny."

Kenny walked into the apartment, holding his jacket over his shoulder. "Hey what's up you guys! I am totally stoked to be here."

Hopefully this project would be done quickly. "So you guys have a project to do?" I asked.

"Yeah. I need a suit." Kenny said placing his jacket on the couch.

A suit? "What class is that for?" I asked, taking a drink of water.

Kenny sat down on a stool. "No class. I'm going to be your sidekick."

The water shot out of my mouth, probably spraying Kenny. "Sidekick?" I asked trying to not choke with any remaining water in my mouth.

Kenny wasn't fazed by the water. "I prefer the term partner. But yeah."

I stood up. "Who decided that this was a good idea?"

Kenny took a drink of my water. "It's a good idea. What superhero doesn't have a sidekick."

I could name 50 superheros. "A lot of them. Why am I talking to you about this. Rory, can I talk to you for a second?" I grabbed Rory by her arm, dragging her towards her room away from Kenny.

"What's up?" Rory asked pretending that what happened in the other room didn't happen.

I glared at her "Why did you tell him about me?" I asked.

Rory put her hands up in defense. "I didn't mean to. The half day I was thinking about ways I could get you back and talking to myself about you and I guess Kenny overheard and started asking questions. I was super tired and it kinda just slipped out."

"Rory, you don't even know this guy." I whispered quickly glancing at Kenny, who was staring at his phone.

Rory rolled her eyes. "Yes I do. He is one of my good friends. He is probably one of my best friends."

"Hey can I come into the conversation?" Kenny said standing right next to me.

I looked at him, not whispering anymore. "Why?"

Kenny shrugged his shoulders. "I'm just saying that if your identity was to be released by anyone to the public."

I let out a gasp. "You wouldn't." I glared at him.

"Kenny." Rory groaned.

"Please man, just let me help you." Kenny dropped to his knees, wrapping his arms around me. His face was very close to man region.

I pushed him off of me. "I will give you a chance as long as you never touch me like at again."

"Thank you so much! I could kiss you!" Kenny went in for a hug.

"NO! That's not going to happen." I held up my hands, making sure he got nowhere by my lips.

Kenny asked jumping up and down. "So when do I get cool gadgets and stuff like that?"

"First you need to train." I said, and by the looks of him, it would probably be difficult.
