As the play unfolded and Nakada realized he had been deceived by Chapi's tactics, his focus shifted from Chapi back to the overall game.
Rin and Shido, who had strategically positioned themselves far from Nakada's sight, were now in position to receive the pass and capitalize on the situation. It was Rin's turn to shine.
The ball was coming his way, and with a flicker of determination in his eyes, Rin was ready to show everyone that he could make a difference, leaving behind his brother's shadow.
He was the first one to arrive near the ball with the number 9 on his back, his eyes being a mix of meta vision and predator eyes,he seemed to also be in the flow,he kicked the ball with so much force you could have thought that it was a rocket.
The moment was electric. The ball had transformed into a lethal projectile, a guided missile of ambition and power. With every fiber of his being, Rin Itoshi had poured his essence into that strike.
As the ball exploded off his foot, there was a deafening roar of energy. It tore through the air, leaving a trail of invisible fire in its wake.
A crescendo of hope and desire resonated through the stadium, as though all the collective will of the players and spectators had been condensed into this single, awe-inspiring moment.
The goalkeeper stood frozen, caught in the grip of time itself. His eyes widened, but they couldn't track the ball's furious trajectory. He still however jumps for the ball just a bit too late.
The impact reverberated through the stadium, a seismic jolt that sent shockwaves through the hearts of those watching.
And then, the impossible happened. The ball, with unimaginable force, penetrated the goalkeeper's defenses. His gloves might as well have been made of paper. The net rippled as the ball entered it, a moment of triumph for Rin and a testament to the unstoppable force he had become.
Rin's teammates swarmed him, their cheers blending with the ecstatic roars of the spectators.
Rin's mixed emotions swirled as he looked towards Nakada. The competitive fire in him burned even brighter now.He had scored a goal, but not just any goal - he had breached the unbreachable, found the chink in Nakada's armor.
He had shown the world that Nakada wasn't invincible.
However, beneath the surface of that fierce determination, a lingering doubt gnawed at him.Did he truly earn this goal? Or was it a gift, a lapse in Nakada's focus? His internal battle of pride and insecurity was far from over.
Nakada, on the other hand, maintained his stoic expression, not showing any signs of frustration. He had tasted defeat before, but that only fueled his fire to come back stronger. This wasn't the first time he had been outsmarted, This however might be the last.
The game was far from over.
"Not so invincible now aren't ya," Rin said to Nakada who just looked at him saying."You score one goal..don't dickride yourself too much"Rin's taunt didn't seem to ruffle Nakada. The prodigy remained unflappable, not allowing any emotions to seep through. He offered a blunt response that mirrored his usual demeanor.
"Rin, I've seen countless players who score once and get complacent," Nakada remarked, his tone as steady as ever. "But if you think one goal makes you a god killer then you're in for a rude awakening."
"Tcth"Rin said annoyed to which Nakada just walked away,he didnt feel like speaking with Rin for to long and Rin didnt continue to try pick an argument with Nakada as he for a fact knew that he couldnt beat the prodigy.
His goal was to see where he currently stand against the prodigy,he wanted to see where he stood against the world younguest and best upcoming youngster.
Someone who was good enough to beat the world five by himself while having high schoolers as teammates.
Rin was an egoist but unlike Barou, he wasn't delusional and he knew where he was outmatched, and that is why he worked his body so hard, he would prove to this prodigy that he was more than his brother's shadow. And then he will devour him....that was a guarantee at this point, Nakada was the player that everyone wanted to devour and RIn was part of that list.
"You stole my goal, fucking Antenna," Shido said seeming pissed
"I got there first and so that goal was mine..finder keeper you fucking demon," Rin said looking unamused.
Their banter continued for a while and Shido seemed like he wanted to beat Rin but Chapi stopped them."No fighting, "Chapi said a bit bored to which Shido looked away a bit pissed.
This was not a goodstart but Shido would make sure to score a super goal in this match and show Nakada his explosion.
A/N Sample talks"You big meany ,why did you block my shot and not Antena"Shido said looking at Nakada,Nakada however barely glanced at Shido.
"I don't steal goals; I just stop the ones that aren't good enough." He continued to walk away,
