The sun shone bright against the vast windows of the cabin, the ray of sunshine serving as one of her source of light as she scribbled down notes in her pink notebook.
"What's that?" She hears someone ask from behind her. By the tone of the speaker's voice, she could easily point out who it was amongst her siblings.
Unfazed by this, she barely peers up at the questioner and instead kept her eyes trained onto the pages of her notebook, writing down one word after another.
"Just some notes I'm taking about Renjun and Jaeyoung's relationship." She replies after a while, her hand halting as she finished with a dot at the end.
"You're still going through that, Aeri? I thought you said they had no hope?"
"Jaemin!" Aeri gasped and turned towards her brother with a frown. "Don't say that! I did not say that. I just said that they just need a little more push, that's all."
Renjun and Jaeyoung's relationship weren't really like the previous relationship's she had dealt with. As much as Aeri loved reading about slow burn romance novels, she hated dealing with slow burn romance in real life. Maybe it's because she's somewhat afraid that her project would go in the wrong direction; however, even slow burns won't stop her from her matchmaking projects. Renjun and Jaeyoung are just special, yeah, that's what she concludes.
"Renjun's one of your best friends! Why not give your best friend a little push, besides you're also an Aphrodite kid."
"Yeah, but unlike you, Aeri, I don't dwell in matchmaking."
She was about to protest when someone barged into their cabin. Someone who isn't an Aphrodite kid but is another best friend of Jaemin's.

Once Haechan spotted the two in the small corner of the cabin, he approaches them quickly, a certain look plastered on his face that screamed hope in Aeri's eyes. He looked like he had just seen something and Aeri's hoped that it was something good.
Haechan, being a good friend of Renjun, supported Aeri's matchmaking project on his friend. Eventually, whenever something good or bad happens between Renjun and Jaeyoung, Haechan would always make sure to report it back to Aeri and that's how they sort of became friends.
"Your project is nearly finished," Haechan began with, grabbing the girl's wrist, dragging her out of the cabin with Jaemin following suit, confused with what's happening.
