Aeri stirs in her sleep, her eyes slowly fluttering open as she looks to her left, seeing Seri lightly snoring away. She grunts, a hand reaching up to gently rub her eyes. She sits up, grabbing the glass of water that was perched on top of her dresser. Looking out the window, she realizes that she woke up a bit too early today considering it was still a bit dark outside.
I guess it's one of those days. She thought to herself before standing up and making her way to the bathrooms. Along the way, she bumps into Jaemin who was already preparing for his usual morning run. "Oh! You're up early today, huh?" He said, quirking an eyebrow up as the girl proceeded to one of the sinks to wash up her face.
"Yeah... but I did get a good night's sleep so I probably just woke up earlier than usual." Aeri shrugged, patting her face with a dry towel.
"Well, since you're awake, wanna go for a run?" Jaemin grinned making Aeri pause for a while, the towel still in hand. The last time Jaemin offered her to run with them she just ended up at the beach with Sion, she didn't feel like running today either, though the thought of getting in shape does sound tempting.
"I mean, I might just go out on a simple walk along the borders. Running sounds... a bit meh to me right now."
"Alright, see you around then, little sis."
Aeri washed up before changing into some daily clothes, she told from the window that the sun was starting to rise because it wasn't as dark as it was a while ago. She makes her way out of the cabin, taking in a breath of fresh air before heading towards the hill. As she walked along the borders of the camp, she couldn't help but scrutinize the leaves that fell from the trees above, remembering the time she and Yushi hung out and she began to tell him information about leaves as if she knew a lot.
A small smile creeps up her face at the thought of Yushi, wondering if he was sleeping well back at his own cabin, knowing well that he was up all night doing the work Renjun left for him to do. She couldn't wait to spend time with him later. With the thought of hanging out with Yushi later still in mind, she failed to notice the body slumped on the ground just a few meters away from where she currently stood. It wasn't until she heard a loud thump sound that she peered up from the ground, eyes finally darting onto the body laid flat just by the border of the camp.
She gasped, eyes widening as she jogged up toward the body, brows knitting together in confusion. Once she got close, her head tilted to the side, not familiar with the male's face though concern washed over her whole body upon seeing his ragged clothes, hair matted by blood, multiple cuts on his arms and legs, and a huge gash on his forehead that bled continuously. She crouches down the figure, waving her hand above his face.
