It wasn't every day that Aeri had three boys confessing to her. Quite frankly, no one has ever sincerely confessed to her and when they try—to confess to her, that is—they end up only liking her for her looks and nothing else. Jaemin had always said that Aeri was one of the 'untouchables' in camp. By that, although she was admired for her looks and personality, no one has ever dared to actually consider a relationship with her. To the campers, she was just Adachi Aeri—the camp's matchmaker.
But to Sion, Riku, and Yushi—Aeri was more than just the camp's matchmaker.
It had been two weeks since the last confession, and two weeks since Aeri began to try and recognize her own feelings. Despite the boys being very pushy about wanting to spend time with her, they of course still respected her time and wouldn't pry her to do anything she didn't want, and due to the whole camp getting ready for the upcoming Apollo Music Fest, it was the only time Aeri rarely saw the boys.
This year's music festival was said to be different from the rest of the music festivals. Although the main activity of the festival was for campers to share their creative talents, to further embrace inclusivity, the children of Apollo decided that each cabin would have a booth to represent their cabin. Not only does the talent show guarantee you a prize and trophy but the most creative cabin booth was also a competition.
And surely, when there's competition, these demigods would do anything to win.
The three-day festival begins in two days and everyone is booked and busy to complete their booths in time. As everyone worked in the field, Aeri crawled out of her little spot in the booth, wanting to take a rest from a whole morning's work. As she makes her way out of their booth, she takes a look around, wanting to check the progress of the other cabins. Everyone was actually almost finished, with some adding finishing touches to their booth while some were already testing out the fun activities they had for their booth.
Aeri finds herself nearing the Hephaestus booth where she spots Sakuya on a small ladder as he painted varnish on their huge sign that read 'The Forge of Innovation'. When Sakuya got down the small steps, he quickly looked around before making eye contact with the daughter of Aphrodite. A big smile tugged up his face and he waved his hand quickly, ushering the girl to come closer.
The redhead makes her way to the Hephaestus booth where Sakuya guides her inside, her eyes wandering over the golden trinkets laid out as decoration. The whole booth looked like a mini-forge station where demigods from other cabins could create small items and weapons of their own. "Want to try out our booth activity?" Sakuya asked with a grin, excitingly nodding towards the materials laid out ready for her to make use of.
