To say that Sion and Riku were pissed at Yushi for leaving them was an understatement, they were mad at him for going off with Aeri but at the same time was overly concerned if they were able to find a shelter under the thundering rain.
It had been two days since it began raining and two days since Yushi's confession. During those two days, Aeri did nothing but sit in her corner and contemplate about everything. First Sion, then Yushi, it was only a matter of time before Riku confesses his feelings too. It was beginning to become all too real to Aeri and the realization hitting her made her want to hide away—though she can handle this, right? If she can deal with other people's feelings, she most certainly could deal with her own.
Despite it raining recently, today seemed like a different day. The weather was nice outside, not too hot, but not too gloomy either. It was the perfect day to go out yet Aeri remained cuddled up in her bed underneath her warm blanket, flipping through a bunch of pages in her pink notebook. As she went through her client's data, her fingers stop between Yushi's page, seeing the numerous girls they crossed out before.
She shook her head and flipped through another page before pausing onto Riku's page. She could recall Yushi's words from two days ago. He mentioned about Riku liking her but it sounded so absurd to her because the three boys all liking her seemed more like situation you'd encounter in books or movies. She remained in her spot, letting her thoughts float around as she pondered about what to do.
It wasn't until Jaemin came barging in to her space wearing that infamous pink robe of his, his face covered with a mask. "Aeri! Someone wants to see you! Get your ass out there."
Aeri groaned though was muffled under the blanket, lowering it to peek through, "Who is it?"
"It's your water boy again."
Hearing the word 'again' from Jaemin sounded like he was getting tired of it. During those two days that passed by, the so-called 'water boy' didn't stop visiting Aeri even despite the heavy downpour. He would always make sure to stop by and either ask about the girl or leave a few snacks which Aeri was grateful for because the snacks he had been bringing were mostly her favorites.
Today, though, was yet again different. Instead of leaving snacks or simply asking how she is, the boy came here to hang. Aeri stumbled through the cabin with her blanket, opening the door to face Riku who had a cheery smile plastered on his face. He was holding a basket of which Aeri had no idea what was inside before his gaze fully took her in, noticing how cozy she looked at the moment.
He chuckled, nodding towards her light blue Snoopy pajamas and her fluffy blanket. "You look cute."
Aeri blinked a couple of times before looking down at her outfit, realizing that she was still in her pajamas she slams the door and scrambles to her dresser, grabbing some clothes and then heading straight to the bathroom to change. Once she got all freshened up, she sighed in relief, making her way back to the door where Riku remained standing by the checkered deck, leaning against the pillar.
