Della's POV
Tears brimmed my eyes as I heard the report from the guards who were out searching for Fitz.
They found nothing, and it's been a day.
"They'll find him my love. It's only been a day." I shook my head.
"I just have a bad feeling, I don't want him to be lying somewhere hurt." Alden walked up to me, holding my hands in his.
"I'm worried too, but we have several groups of guards searching for him. And if he is hurt, he'll be found and brought back here immediately and will be taken care of." He said, kissing me afterwards. It was short, and I rested my head on his chest afterwards, bringing him in a small hug. He reciprocated, wrapping his arms around me. "He'll be found my dear, I promise."

Sophie's POV
My heart raced faster by every step that we took, unknowing if someone could pop out from a room and take us back to our cell.
We were cautious about where we stepped, and after many turns, we were really confused.
I gripped Fitz's hand when I felt a tap on my shoulder, holding in a scream, as I looked back. We took a step back, ready to make a run for it, but the figure put up a hand and did nothing.
"Here are invisible cloaks. You'll need them, in case anything happens. To reach the elevators, take 3 right turns, and you'll find them. Afterwards you're going to take 1 left and 2 rights, and find three caves. Go in the left one. The other 2 lead to the maze and anyone who goes in them has never been found. After you walk in it, keep on walking until you find another split path, but take the right this time. Afterwards you'll find two ladders that lead up to the top, but don't take any of them. In the back, there should be a lever, and pull down on it. It'll reveal a keypad. The code is 64392. 64392. Then you'll have access to the elevator, and make your way out. But watch out for the traps. Here are a couple flashlights as well." The cloaked figure said handing us the stuff. We hesitantly took them, unsure why they helped us to escape.
"Thank you, but why are you helping us?" The cloaked figure took off their hood to reveal Marella.
"This is the least I can do. Now go quickly." I smiled, hugging her before leaving.
"Thank you so much." She simply smiled and put her hood back on, shooing us away to leave. Fitz and I put on the cloaks, and for a second I couldn't see him, before he held out his hand, which I happily took.
We took our first turn, running as we went. After a lot of running we took our last couple turns finally reaching the elevator. Thankfully it didn't make a sound when it came and we got in, clicking the only button in it.
We sat back against the elevator, sighing and panting.
"Made it through the first half. We need to make sure we're careful in the second half." I nodded my head. After a few seconds, the elevator doors opened, and we took our first left turn, and continued to run.
Once we had made our first right turn, I stepped on a rock, and fell to the ground. Fitz saw and took off his hood.
"Sophie, are you okay? What happened?"
"I think I sprained my ankle," his eyes widened and he turned on his flashlight inspecting it.
"Damn it looks red Sophie. Does it hurt when I do this?" He asked, turning my ankle in circular motions and I nodded my head. "Try to stomp." I did so, only to regret it after I felt a huge surge of pain hit me. "I'll carry you."
"Fitz no, are you crazy? Just go." I say.
Fitz's POV
"Hell no. It's either both of us leaving or both of us staying, and I'd prefer to leave, so please just listen." I say, taking a step back. When I did, I heard a small click underneath me and before I had time to react, I was shot with an arrow to my stomach.
