Chat Blanc

I sat on the couch refreshing my phone, just hoping he will text back as Chloe paces in front of me, trying to keep me positive.

"It'll be okay. There's no way he's mad at you." Chloe explained, "He just needs time to figure out his feelings about this."

I look up from my phone with worry, "He's mad?! I didn't even think that he could be mad at me!"

I try my head in my hands, "Fuck, what have I done."

"Hey don't sweat it." Damian said as he took an apple from the pantry, "It could've been worse.Like this dude I met in the alternate universe to ours where his superhero dad he idolized turned out to be a psycho killing alien that came to take over Earth."

I stare at him in shock as Chloe gave him a "not helping" look.

Damian backed away, "I'll shut up now, but I'm just saying I doubt Gabriel is capable of something like that."

Chloe shooed him away, "Don't you have a date soon, lover boy. Go!"

Damian sat on the edge of the chair beside me as he bit down on his apple, "Nah, Mari postponed for another hour because she wanted to make macarons but then decided to make cake, and then wanted to make croissants, and you get the deal." he then smiled to himself, "But I don't mind. I love her baking."

Chloe rolled her eyes, "You. Are. Not. Helping." She said emphasizing every word wit a clap.

Damian rolled his eyes and walked away.

I returned to refreshing my phone. Again and again, but nothing comes up.

"I can't keep sitting here." I say as I stand up, "I'm going for a walk."

I walk towards the front door, leaving Chloe to catch up. I transform and head to Adrien's before something, or someone stops me.

"Sparkbird" The woman in front of me called out. "I need to talk to you."

I step back in surprise, "Who are you... and what are you doing in my house."

"I'm Bunnyx, the rabbit miraculous holder," She introduced, "And something has happened recently that caused a major disaster in the future."

I stare at her utterly confused as she continued.

"I don't know what it was or when it happened exactly, but there's nothing unusual for you to report?"

"I-uh..." I stammer as Bunnyx grabs my shoulders, "Think Sparkbird, think!"

I stare with wide eyes, "No?"

Bunnyx sighed, "Nevermind, come with me. We'll have to figure this one out together." She begins to drag me but I was hesitant, "How do I know you're not one of Hawkmoth's villains?"

Bunnyx, "Trust me, if I was I would've already tried to take your miraculous."

I nodded, "Good point."

I then followed her into the portal and found myself in a large hub of more portals.

The place was massive.

"Wow..." I gasp as I look around, while Bunnyx walked up to one of the other portals, or windows maybe I don't really know what to call them.

"This way," Bunnyx called as I walked over, "We have to figure out what happened, or our future will be in grave danger." She tried to place her hand on my shoulder once again, but if phased through.

She looked at her hand, and I did the same, "That's not good, is it..."

Bunnyx nodded, "We need to hurry."
