-Two Months Later-
~Andy Biersack~ I ran off stage in San Diego, followed by the rest of Black Veil Brides. Our manager clapped me on the back, "Good show, Andy."
I nodded and tired to walk away, but he grabbed me.
"The merch guy quit today, said he had a little daughter at home that she needed him there, not all over the country"
"Are you kidding me?" I interrogated, groaning.
"Nope, know anyone who'll do it?"
My thoughts made their way to Juliet, but no. She's got her own band to deal with.
"JADE!" I heard Ashley yell from across the backstage area. He was on the phone with her. He always called her after everything show. I sighed. I had half-way accepted that I might like Jade. It seemed impossible, considering I had only known her for two days. I had no idea why I felt drawn to her but, I was. I wasn't supposed to be because it was wrong. Wrong to be thinking anyone but, Juliet. I tried to drown all the feelings I had for Jade but, they apparently knew how to swim. I was attracted to Jade in ways no one could understand. She seemed fragile and helpless. I felt as if I needed to help her, but with what? I didn't know. Jade was mysterious and seemed like the type to never let anything out. She seemed as if she kept 400,000 secrets living in her mind that'll never escape. Keeping everything in will hurt you in ways you don't even realize. I wondered if I was attracted to Jade simply because she was different, but that couldn't be it, could it? I felt guilty all for thinking his way because it felt like cheating on Juliet, even though I knew it wasn't. Juliet was supposed to be the one and I wasn't supposed to question that. I knew that it would hurt Juliet if I left her and went to someone else. But her own sister? Her own blood? That'd kill my dragonfly.
Ashley, Jinxx, Jake, and CC have been questioning me endlessly, claiming I've been acting strangely. Which was crappy because, they couldn't find out about this. I have a feeling that it would be taken way out of hand. I know that they would just be trying to help and look out for me but, that's not always great. "Looking out for Andy" as they call it, can become disastrous. Things usually get broken and enemies are made. Juliet nor Jade can be broken or made enemies in this situation. That, yes that, would be disastrous, as "looking out" normally evolves into.
I couldn't help acting out of ordinary. Jade does this to me. She makes me think of things I would never think of had she not come into my life. I have different perspectives on things because of Juliet's little sister. Jade has taught me a lot and I haven't even spoken words more than 'hey' to her. "Andy!"
A hand was waved furiously in front of my face, bringing me out of my own world and thoughts.
"Huh? What? What were you saying?" I asked, trying to get myself back on track and catch up with our manager.
"I said, do you know anyone who could be the new merchandise guy?" He repeated himself, word for word for the third or fourth time.
I blinked my eyes, "I don't think so. You can ask the other guys, though. They may know of someone"
I mentally slapped myself before walking away. I cannot keep acting all strange.
The fans were still filing out of the arena, but I had to get to the bus. I sighed and told security I need to go and that I was willing to meet a couple fans. They nodded and escorted me out. They weren't many fans out here, and none noticed me, surprisingly. I shrugged and and hopped on the bus, grabbing my phone and coming out.
After coming off the bus, I decided to meet some fans.
I walked over to five girls huddled by a car, one holding a bottle of Jack Daniels.
"Hey girls."
~Jade Aslenna Simms~
"I don't know, Ashley," I sighed.
I had gotten off the phone with Ash about ten minutes ago but, recently received another minutes after. Ashley had been trying to convince me to be the new merch girl for thirty minutes now.
"Pleaseee," he begged.
"Ashley, I-" I began, but was cut off.
"C'mon Jade, it's not like you have a social life or college or anything-" Ashley tried, but was stopped.
"Thanks, Ashley," I muttered sarcastically.
"Sorry, but it's the truth princess. Anyways, as I was saying, you have no reason not to come, so stop being a big baby and come around the world with Black Veil Brides! It's the opportunity of a life-time, Jade!"
I sighed once again, "I guess you're right but-"
"Great! I'll tell our manager!" Ashley yelled before hanging up the phone.
I sighed once again and fell back on my bed. My phone rang again minutes later.
Ashley told me that I would have to pay for my ticket and be there tonight. He said pack clothes for about a week because he was going to take me in a shopping spree. I smiled and paid for my ticket online and packed a bag.
I was 19, an adult, therefore I could do what I wanted. I left a note for my mom and headed out the door, on the way to San Diego.
