"What the hell," I mutter getting ready to jump out of my bunk bed. I was already looking around the room coming up with escape plans.

"I'm Minerva, your future covert operations teacher at this school. Today's drill had a higher success rate than we'd anticipated but you're all still terribly unprepared," Minerva began.

"This was a drill?" Lavender asked confused and very tired. I was too, considering the fact that it was around three a.m and I thought we were all going to die just a few minutes ago. This probably wasn't good for my health.

"Yes, the goal was to see if you could complete the following three things; maintain loyalty to your superiors, be able to think and act on your feet, and to make it to the point of safety as a group," Minerva explained answering Lavender's question. Everyone seemed a bit more at ease now that we all knew we weren't going to be murdered.

"Some of you passed with flying colors, while others had trouble working as a team," she said stopping to look directly at our group.

I personally beg to differ since it was our group who gave her a knife wound and then proceeded to make an impromptu escape via air vent. And in addition we managed to arrive fashionably late to the bunkers.

"You were all supposed to make it to the bunkers with your designated groups and it is quite obvious many of you had trouble with that. In the covert operations class I teach, there will be many drills similar to this where you have missions to complete within your designated team. If you fail more than three missions then I guess this training academy just isn't for you," Minerva explained causing the students to begin anxiously murmuring amongst each other.

"That being said, you're all to return back to your dorms, school begins tomorrow. If you intend on passing, I'd get some sleep," she dismissed us. The students all began filing out of the bunker room in a tired zombie like fashion.

"God that Nirvana lady sure likes to ruin my sleep cycle," Blaire grumbled as we all joined up at our table in the cafeteria a few hours later.

"I think her name was Minerva," Tiffany, ever the perfectionist, pointed out.

"I don't care what her name is. If she interrupted my beauty sleep the only name they'll be using to talk about her, will be the one written on her grave stone," Blaire said her eyes in slits as she angrily stuffed her face with a cinnamon french toast.

"Blaire its pretty early to be planning death threats isn't it?" Palma asked not bothering to look up from the botanical classifications and specimens book she was reading.

"Au contraire, my plant loving friend. Its never too early for a healthy dose of violence. It keeps me young," Blaire smiled wickedly probably imagining a list of accessible weapons in her head.

"Well your friends sure are interesting," Akio chuckled next to Lavender. Rather close might I add.

"So we have to report to school at five right?" Tiffany asks and Akio nods his head.

"When do we begin working at the museum?" Palma ask finally putting her book down.

"Until they tell us," Akio shrugged his shoulders and we all continue to eat food in silence, happy to know we still had a few hours until it was time to head out.

"Mind if I sit here?" we all turn to face a blushing Cole standing awkwardly in front of our table holding his breakfast tray in one hand and a laptop under his other arm.
