|Ansh's POV|
I smiled at Ishika as I held her hand and said, "Let's go."
"What? Where? Why?" She questioned but I did not answer and pulled her towards the other theater room.
Just a while ago, Kishor and I were sour that we had watch some children's movie. But Maa pulled me aside and whispered that we could watch whatever we want.
Since then, the smile hasn't left my face.
Tushar uncle and I went to buy the movie tickets. Accidentally, I bought three tickets for the movie 'War' which was released just yesterday. I told that to him and he replied, "Ishika can go with you both."
I tired to control myself from screaming or doing any weird action.
Then, he bought tickets for The Lion King. I thought that they were going to watch some other movie. Else, I would not mind watching this movie.
Right now, I was holding Coke in my hand and Ishika's hand in the other. Kishor held the a popcorn bucket and Ishika held another one.
The screening was about to start when we reached the theater room. The room was dark, the screen being the only one illuminating a dim light throughout the room.
Quietly, we went and took our seats.
I was about to sit when Ishika whispered, "Ansh.."
"Yes?" I whispered back. 'Does she want to thank me? But, it doesn't matter.' I wondered in my mind, still holding that smile.
"My hand", she whispered again.
"Huh?" I let out in a little shock but then let go of her hand. I whispered while scratching my nape in embarassment, "Sorry.."
"It's alright", she assured me.
Ishika sat in between Kishor and me. I too sat down in slow motion, processing what just happened.
'What does that mean? It is alright for me to hold her hand! Then, I'll hold it forev-' I babbled in my mind when suddenly, the devil in my head slapped me.
I pouted and glared at him but he simply looked at me with disgust and said, 'Hold your horses, young man.' And then, it disappeared.
'Fine..' I spoke in my mind in a low tone.
The movie began. Kishor and I would switch the bucket between ourselves as Ishika sat quietly, concentrating on the movie.
Suddenly, she busted with anger as she whisper shout, "You guys are disturbing me."
She turned to Kishor and said, "Bhaiya, you sit here in my seat."
"Nonono", I said hurriedly. I won't let Kishor third wheel me again.
"I don't feel like eating anymore", I said and handed over the caramel popcorn to Kishor. But obviously, he could not hold it with his broken hand.
Ishika turned her gaze to me but I could not interpret it. It seemed like a side-eye glare so I just turned my head down.
'Angry Ishika is scary..' I thought in my mind as Kishor stood up silently and sat in her seat.
I tried to control my pout as we continued to watch the movie.
'I was excited for nothing', I thought in my mind, sipping on the Coke.
Suddenly, an idea clicked in my mind.
