James~
Pretends nothing's wrong and continues to run himself into the ground before he will allow anyone to help him.
Sirius~
Literally acts like he has the plague at the first signs of a cold and will make sure everyone knows.
Remus~
Never really notices that he's ill because he's used to feeling off-colour unless he's really ill, then he won't let it last long, either way he won't bother anyone but the Hospital Wing.
Peter~
Generally just sleeps off illness but won't say no to anyone willing to help.
