So drewrunner had this idea that Remus had an Animagus form too, because he wasn't about to sit back and let his friends go through the pain and discomfort of the transformation process without him, the guilt might actually have killed him.
So Remus' Animagus was a wolf, as expected, but like, a little baby wolf, a little baby wolf that could lay on Padfoot's back and fall asleep in the bed of fur.
