Sirius was pretty good with uniform up until he ran away from home, he only packed the bare minimum so most of his uniform was left behind when he went to live with the Potters, he refused to let them spend any money on him but he only had enough money to buy new school necessities so from then on in he shared uniform with the other Marauders.
He would wear Remus' tie one day and James' robe the next, none of them ever got in trouble for not having uniform because, let's not lie, everyone loved them too much.
