Breathe

The clouds are the robes of the splendid one.

Cast them aside and see we are his body.

The branches and roots return to the tree.

Heraclitus knew opposites are one.

All the different faces are merely masks.

Opposing sides are complimentary.

Conflicted minds imagine all conflicts.

Disconnect yourself from all illusions.

The center lives in peace and acts in love.

You can return home in a single breath.

Breathe and become a cell in the body.

Breathe and become an atom in the form.

Breathe and you can ascend to the cosmos.

Breathe and be as nature intended you.
