"Luke, if you don't get going soon you're going to be late," Bridget informed me as I dressed in our bedroom on my bus.
"You act like I have far to go. We are right now in the parking lot of Spinnaker. I only have to go like twenty feet," I informed my wife as I joined her at the table.
"Look! Everyone is starting to line up already," Bridget said as she gazed out the window.
"They do this every year," I told her, "You act like this is something new."
"But it's different this year. This is the last year," Bridget informed me.
"You don't have to remind me," I said while grabbing my coffee off the table in front of her.
"Hey! Luke! Jenna is here!" HTM hollered from the bus door.
"Just a second," I hollered back before turning to my wife, "Are you going to put clothes on?"
"I'm going now," Bridget said as she got up and sashayed to our bedroom in nothing except my tshirt she slept in last night as I walked to the door.
"Come on in," I said inviting Jenna onto my bus, "Sorry about that. Bridget wasn't decent."
"It's completely fine," Jenna said with a smile.
"How's your morning?" I asked.
"It's been good. Thank you for asking," Jenna said politely, "How's yours been?"
"Good as well," I told her, "We have sat here all morning watching the fans arrive for the show this afternoon out the bus window."
"How's that wife of yours? I missed her the last time we met," Jenna asked curiously.
"She's good. She should be out here in a minute," I told her, "Would you like a cup of coffee?"
"That would be great," Jenna said as I gestured for her to sit and poured her a cup of coffee.
"So, I was thinking that maybe we could go for a drive this morning," I suggested.
"I actually had that suggested to me by one of my producers," Jenna informed me as I faintly heard Bridget's cell phone ring from the bedroom.
"Luke," Bridget hollered from behind the bedroom door, "Can you come here for a second?"
"I'll be right there, Bridge," I said before turning to Jenna, "I'll be right back."
"Take your time," Jenna told me as she sipped on her coffee and I joined Bridget in our bedroom.
"What's wrong, babe?" I questioned as I walked through the door.
"Your mom just called. Apparently Til and Kenzie are at it again. This time Til damn near drowned her. I've got to go take care of this before it gets beyond control. I'll try and be back before the show, but I can't make any promises," Bridget enlightened me.
"What the hell is wrong with him?" I questioned my wife knowing she didn't know the answer either.
"I don't know, but something has to be done. Til's going to kill her if we don't figure something out soon," Bridget said as she pulled my blue 32 Bridge shirt over her head.
"I'll be back as soon as I can," Bridget said as she slipped her flip flops on and pecked my lips as she opened the door to our room, "I love you."
"I love you too. Take your time. Figure out what the hell is going on. Call me as soon as you know something," I told her as she walked through the bus.
"I'll call you as soon as I talk to the kids. Love you," Bridget said kissing me one last time before she exited the bus.
"Love you," I hollered just before she closed the door.
