*The scene opens with the group standing around Penrose, Hayden has a phone in his hand and sirens can be heard approaching the area.*
Hayden: The police are on the way, Detective.
Penrose: Under…stood.
Zack: What's gonna happen with us?
Hayden: I'm sure we'll be taken in for questioning as well.
Ryan: Seriously? We've already had to deal with excess questions. No offense, detective.
*Penrose raises his hand and Gestures towards Ryan that no offense was taken.*
Andrew: But we're not gonna get in any trouble thanks to the Detective's plan, right?
Hayden: If we all keep the same story we should be seen as victims acting in self defense.
Ozzy: Well, looks like we're gonna have to start telling it soon.
*Ozzy looks over and sees a police car pulling into the area they are at. The car drives up to them and an officer steps out of the car with his weapon drawn.*
Officer: Hands up! I want all of you to put your hands up now!
*The officer quickly turns on his radio and begins explaining the situation.*
Officer: Dispatch this is Officer Reeds, we've got a potential 10-71. Multiple suspects are still around.
Dispatch: Condition of the victim?
Officer: Victim is alive, but is bleeding excessively.
Dispatch: Medical is on the way.
Officer: 10-4
*The officer turns the radio off and continues with the group.*
Officer: I said put your hands up!
*All of the group finally put their hands above their heads and the Officer becomes less tense as a result.*
Officer Reeds: What happened here?
Isaiah: This man kidnapped us!
Officer Reeds: Did he take anyone else?
Bryce: We aren't sure. He took us eight as one big group.
Officer Reeds: Is he armed?
Hayden: He was. I managed to disarm him and during the fight he lunged at me so I fired.
Officer Reeds: Where is the weapon now?
*Hayden points towards Penrose's revolver then puts his hand back above his head.*
Officer Reeds: Is it still loaded?
Hayden: I'm not sure. I only shot once.
Officer Reeds: Can I trust you to slide the revolver over to me?
Hayden: Yes sir.
*Heyden walks over to the revolver with his hands still above his head before placing his foot on top of the revolver and sliding it towards Officer Reeds.*
Officer Reeds: Nobody move!
*Officer Reeds bends down, picks up the revolver, and walks back towards his car and sets it inside.*
Riley: Are you gonna arrest us?
Officer Reeds: As of right now, most of you are simply detained.
Riley: Most? Who isn't?
Officer Reeds: I'm placing your friend here, who shot this man, under arrest.
Riley: What!? But it was in self defense.
