*The scene opens with Layne and the group reaching the bottom of the stairs and walking out of the apartment complex. They continue walking until they reach the parking lot before Layne turns around.*
Layne: What time were you supposed to meet Danny?
*The group stops in their tracks before Bryce steps forwards to answer.*
Bryce: 6am.
*Layne looks down at his wrist and checks the time on his watch. He then looks back up at the group.*
Layne: Well it's safe to say he's gone by now. It's 6:37 now. And these people aren't very lenient with their visiting times.
Andrew: I doubt he would've even went into the mall after seeing the signs of a stand attack.
Layne: You're probably right. Danny would be able to recognize any attack made by Crowley's War Pigs. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if he's on his way back to Mother already.
Ozzy: Well then it's a good thing we don't need him anymore.
Ryan: Kinda makes it feel like this was all pointless.
Zack: I wouldn't say that.
*Zack grins playfully and adjusts Mr. Know-it-all while looking at Ryan.*
Hayden: Zack is right. This wasn't pointless. We may not have enacted our plan but we got better results.
Isaiah: Quite a few actually. Bryce's new abilities, a new ally, and we finally got the glasses back.
Ozzy: Thank God for that.
Layne: Okay. Moving on from Danny. I seriously suggest we move quickly. Mother sent the three of us personally. So I have a feeling she'll be sending another team to find out what's taking so long.
Hayden: Anybody you can give us information on? That way we know how to combat them?
Layne: Other than Crowley and Mother's most trusted woman, there's only one person I got close with in The Third Eye.
Ozzy: The Third Eye?
Isaiah: Yeah what's that?
Layne: That's the name of our group. Well it is now. Before Mother took over it had a different name. But the only person I know is Chester.
Hayden: Do you know his stand?
Layne: Yes. His stand's name is Hybrid Theory. He's able to combine things together as if they are meant to be part of the same thing. But I doubt he'll be one of the ones that are sent.
Zack: Why's that?
Layne: He's not really the biggest fan of Mother. He's challenged her multiple times.
Bryce: And he's still alive? From what we've heard this Mother is very demanding.
Layne: She usually is. But Chester has challenged her on official terms only. He's never gone behind her back. Even still, I doubt Mother puts much trust in him.
Isaiah: Challenged her on official terms? What does that mean?
Layne: To explain the whole thing would take forever. All I'll say is there's a very specific culture held within the place. But we should get a vehicle and then somewhere inside we can discuss our plans further.
Zack: Getting a vehicle won't be hard at all. But I really don't think we should all try and fit into the same one again.
Bryce: I agree. I'd rather not have my ribs compressed between the mountains a second time.
