*The scene opens with Layne looking at Bryce bleeding out on the floor. Suddenly the door swings open and Ryan steps into the room.*
Ryan: Bryce?
*Ryan runs over to Bryce and picks his head off of the floor as the others enter the room and notice Layne.*
Zack: Hey! Who the hell are you?!
*Zack looks closely at Layne and notices Mr.Know-It-All.*
Zack: Wait a minute. Those glasses! You must be an enemy stand user!
*The group all summon their stands and begin approaching Layne, ready to attack him*
Layne: No! Please! I'm not your enemy!
*The group all retract their stands and Layne begins explaining what happened.*
Layne: I came here with that man over there. The one next to Bryce. He's the enemy that's been attacking you.
Hayden: But you came here with him?
Layne: He forced me to. That asshole forced me and my sister to come here, and then he fucking killed her!
*The group are shocked by Layne's statements but believe him fully.*
Ryan: Zack! Get the hell over here!
*Zack looks over at Ryan and sees him holding Bryce in his arms.*
Zack: Bryce!
*Zack runs over to Ryan and summons his stand. As Zack begins to rewind Bryce, the rest of the group continues to question Layne.*
Hayden: Was it just you three?
Layne: Yes.
Isaiah: Are you certain your sister is dead?
Layne: There's no doubt in my mind. Her breathing stopped and everything. Why?
Isaiah: Even if she's just barely alive I can't keep her that way until Zack gets to her.
Layne: Really? You would do that for me?
Hayden: As long as you comply he will. Now tell us, why were you three here? How'd you know we'd be here?
Isaiah: Hayden, I think we should let the detective question this guy first. He's on his way and has been investigating these people for a while according to Bryce.
Layne: Penrose isn't coming.
*Isaiah turns his head and looks at Layne in disbelief.*
Isaiah: What? How do you-
Layne: That was me. That's how we knew where you were going. I used my stand to change my voice into his and contacted you through the radio.
Andrew: Then where's Penrose? Is he still in police custody?
*Bryce sits up as he is now fully healed by Zack. Ryan and Zack then stand up and pick Bryce up off the ground.*
Layne: He's. . . He's dead.
*Bryce's head snaps towards Layne in shock.*
Bryce: He's what?
*Bryce pushes Ryan and Zack off of him and begins walking over to Layne angrily.*
Bryce: When?! When the hell did this happen?!!!
*Layne backs himself further into the corner defensively.*
Layne: Don't get mad at me! I didn't kill him, it was this guy named Darron!
*Zack recognizes the name instantly and walks over to Layne and the group.*
