One day during the summer vacation, I called Ayanokoji and Kushida over to study and complete our vacation homework.

When Ayanokoji and Kushida arrived, we greeted each other casually.

"Hey, thanks for coming," I said with a smile.

"No problem," Ayanokoji responded, his usual calm tone unchanged.

Kushida beamed. "I’m excited to study together! It’s nice to work as a team."

As we studied, I noticed Ayanokoji furrowing his brows at a math problem.

"Need help with that?" I teased, leaning over.

"Not really," Ayanokoji said, unfazed, solving it in a few seconds.

Kushida chuckled. "You’re always so composed, Ayanokoji-kun. It’s like nothing ever bothers you."

After a few hours of study, we decided to take a break. I brought out some snacks I had made earlier.

"Wow, these are really good!" Kushida exclaimed, tasting one. "I didn’t know you were such a great cook!"

I smiled, though inwardly I thought, I didn’t even know how to cook as a boy… I owe this to Suzune’s skills.

Ayanokoji, noticing my thoughtful look, simply commented, "They taste fine."

I decided to have some fun. "Speaking of cooking, Ayanokoji, you can’t cook, can you?"

He blinked. "No."

I grinned. "Well then, time to teach you. Let's see how good you will be in the kitchen."

He shrugged. "If you insist."

I went to my room to change, tying my hair into a ponytail and putting on an apron. Glancing at myself in the mirror, I laughed to myself. A housewife, huh? Not bad.

Returning to the kitchen, I handed Ayanokoji a pink apron

Returning to the kitchen, I handed Ayanokoji a pink apron.

"Here, this should suit you," I teased, a mischievous glint in my eyes.

Ayanokoji, completely unbothered, put it on without complaint. "Let’s just get started."

Kushida laughed softly from the side. "You two look so cute in aprons!"

I guided Ayanokoji through the steps, showing him how to chop vegetables and stir the pot. He was clumsy at first, which only gave me more material to tease him.

"You’re supposed to chop, not mash," I pointed out with a smirk.

"I’m learning," he responded, surprisingly patient despite my teasing.

Kushida watched, amused. "It’s fun watching you two. You’re like a teacher and student now."

Finally, when we finished cooking, Kushida tasted the dish. "Mmm, this turned out great! You two did an amazing job."

"Thanks," I said warmly, pleased with her compliment.

Ayanokoji, on the other hand, simply gave a small nod. "It’s edible."

Kushida giggled at his dry response. "Ayanokoji-kun, always so blunt."

After chatting a bit more, it was time for them to leave. As they stood by the door, I waved. "Thanks for studying and cooking with me today. It was fun."

"It was," Kushida agreed. "We should do it again sometime."

Ayanokoji just gave his usual neutral look. "Goodnight."

Later that night, after a relaxing bath, I smiled to myself. The day had been a lot of fun, and I felt closer to them both. As I drifted off to sleep, I couldn’t help but think, Life is really good right now.
