The Date

He drove us to his house. As I entered I seen flowers on the table. Some candles. Looked like the perfect place to dine. The room smelt pretty good. Very beautiful smell of perfume.

"Why are you standing sweetheart? Get comfy!I'll get you something to drink.." he told me.

"Uh okay" I said and smiled. I sat on tje couch. I looked to my right. There were somes pictures in frames. There was one where he was a kid, he looked so cute. There was one with him and his three bestfriends.

"Here take." He gave me the glass and sat beside me.

I kept the glass down after taking a sip. I just pulled his cheeks.
"You were so cuteeeee...hahaha" I laughed.

He caught my cheeks too.
"You too are so cuteeeee....revenge baby!"

"Not fair!" I left his cheeks and rubbed my cheeks.

"Everythings fair in love and war!" He said and he leaned his head backwards and laughed. I took the cushion and started hitting him with it. He fell on the ground. I sat up laughing.

"Omg!you are so good at revenge!" Luke said trying to catch breath and laughing.

After few minutes of calming down. He got up and played a song.

"May I?" He asked for my hand. I gave. He pulled me up. He held me close. I put my hand on his shoulder and he caught my one hand.

We stared in each others eyes. We kept waltzing. He turned me around. I looked in his eyes and smiled. He pushed my hair behind. I looked down. He was leaning in to kiss but before we could my phone rang.

"Erm,I think I should get that..." I said and answered. It was Niall.

"Where are you Merryl! You did not reply to my msgs either..." he said.

"Erm,I was just at home. I didn't really check my phone..." I gave an excuse.

"Merryl,don't lie...I am at your place...tell me where are you okay...I am here to check if you were okay and to make up for earlier..." he said.

"I am out...with someone...got to go bye.." I hung up immediately.

"Everything okay?" Luke asked.

"Yeah...lets eat I'm hungry.." I said changing the topic.

"Okay,I'll get the food..."

He went and got the food in bowls. He kept and called me to eat.

I sat next to him. He had made some chicken gravy and some other dishes.

"Here," he fed me the first spoon.

"Yummy..." I smiled.

"I am glad you like it.." he smiled and started eating.

"You're wrong,I love it...!" I giggled.

We ate dinner. He then dropped me home. I hugged him and kissed his cheek. I went in.

Niall was there. I thought he was gone.

"You're back..." he said and stood up.

"You are still here?" I asked.

"Yeah,I was leaving then Kris asked me to wait back for dinner. I was leaving and you came..." he said.

"Oh," I said looking at kris giving a sorry look.

"So that someone is Luke?" He asked.

"Um yeah...so big deal.." I said.

"Are you guys like together?" He asked and I nodded yes.

"Well you should know he is a jerk!" He said.

"Niall!" I yelled.

"Truth is the truth." He argued.

"You have no right to say that..." I screamt in his face.

"I am telling you because you are my bestfriend!" He said.

"Niall leave. Just go!" I said.

"Fine." He said and left.

I went to my room and shut it tight.I had tears rolling down. I just lay on my bed.

Luke called many times I never answered.

After an hr. Niall message.

From Niall:
Sorry about what I said. Didn't mean to hurt you. Hope you forgive me. Your Niallxx

I read it. I did not know what to do. I was still mad at him. But I let it go.

To:Niall

Its okay...never mind. meet you in college...Nightxx

I said and fell asleep.
