Preparations

Niall's birthday was coming up in a week. I really wanted to do something very special for him. Ever since we began dating,he can never stop showing me what an amazing boyfriend he could be. Through Small things he makes me feel special. Either by cooking,getting me flowers,singing to me, or the most simplest thing is making my tears turn into a smile.

As Niall is gone to meet his friend I managed to make an excuse to avoid it. I called Liam,Harry,Evanna,Kris, Louis and Kate.

We met at Louis' house.

"Okay guys listen up.." I said and they all turned their attention towards me.

"As you guys know, Niall's birthday is up in a week. So I wanted to do something special. So any ideas?" I asked.

"How if we suprised him at 12 with cake?" Harry asked.

"That is normal not special." Liam told him.

"Merryl! Throw him a suprise birthday bash!" Kris suggested.

"Yeah! A theme based party...hmmm," I said.

"So like you can have..uh masks and call some of his friends from college.?"Louis said.

"Yeah,so I think you guys need to help me." I said.

"Sure will!" They said in one voice.

"Liam,you will help me with venue,guestlist and invitations. Kris you take care of the decorations...and.." I looked for a pen and paper. I noted everything that needed to be perfectly taken care of.

"Louis,you will be the host and before that you will be taking Niall somewhere or the other starting from tomorrow so we can like..run about to get things perfect?" I said.

"As you say Mer," he said and smiled.

"Harry, you uh, help Kris with decorations." I said. "But don't mess up okay!"

"I never do." Harry said.

We all looked at him like really?

"Anyway, Evanna you will help me bake the cake and you and Kate will pick our costumes." I said.

They nodded.

"Liam,mind if we start looking for the venue today itself?" I asked.

"Yeah,cool no problem." He said.

"Uh,yes Kris see that the theme is blue. Its his favourite colour."

"As you say Ma'am," Kris said giggling.

"Kris!" I said looking at her wide eyed.

"Sorry." She giggled a little more.

"Anyway,guys you'll start deciding about the stuff and think of who all you guys think should be called. It might help me out. We will be back soon." I said carrying my jacket and putting it on.

"Okay." They all said in one voice.

"Lets go?" I asked Liam.

He nodded. We left.

"So where do you wanna begin with?" He asked driving the car out of the driveway.

"I guess we should begin with the-" My phone began ringing so I paused. I looked at the screen. It was Niall.

"Its him." I told Liam.

"Answer it!" He said.

"What do I tell him?" I asked.

"Just say you came to meet us." Liam said.

I took a deep breath and answered it.

"Hey Babe," he said over the phone.

"Hi Ni,What happened?" I replied.

"Nothing,I just missed you. How are you feeling?" He asked.

"Be-better."

"Okay? I am coming home in like 15mins then we can do whatever you want." He said.

"15 minutes?!" I said not really wanting to say it loud.

"Yeah?Something wrong?" He said.

"No..No..nothing.See you at home." I said and hung up.

"So?home now?" Liam asked.

I nodded and he drove home.
