A New Day

Louis P.O.V
It was my first day in this college. Though I was new I knew I had my bestfriend to be with. When I was ready I went to her place. She lived next door so.

I knocked.
"Coming!" I heard someone say as they open the door.

"Omg!Louis!!! So long since I seen you!!!" Crystal said as she opened the doorm.

"Heyyy! Didn't Merryl tell you I moved in next door and now we share the same college?" I told her and she hugged me.

"No she did-" she was cut off my Merryl coming to the door.

"Hey bestfriend! Oh Sorry Kris forgot to tell you." She told us.

"Well,So you girls ready? I was thinking we could go together?"

"Um ya sure we are. Lets go." Merryl smiled.

"Sadly we have to walk. Car broke down" kris said.

We walked to college. Merryl walked between us. I couldn't help but keep looking at her a million times. Why did I do that? Why do I get blushy everytime I see her. Many things went through my head.

She waved her hand front of eyes.

"You okay lou?" She asked.

"I am. Just nervous." I smiled.

Merryl's P.O.V

We reached college and first thing I did was dragged Louis to my friends that is,Niall Liam Harry Evanna. They were sitting near the stairs of the football ground.

"Hey guys! First let me introduce you to Louis Tomlinson. He is like my first bestfriend since 5. And now he has joined our college." I smiled.

Each one of them greeted him and welcomed him so well. Niall was a little not so happy but he spoke to Louis. The boys really got along well. I was glad he mingled so well.

Louis and Liam became pretty close I could say. I was happy for him. The bell rang and I had french class. They had Physics in the first period.

"Niall,you coming?" I asked because we shared french class.

"Ya I am. See ya guys!" He said and we walked.

"So this is Louis you were telling me about." He said.

"Yes, just like you are my bestfriend he too is."

"Oh well. He seems pretty nice. Fun lad." Niall said.

"Yes he is." We entered class. There was no place so Niall sat beside me.

Throughout the lecture I kept looking at Niall. No idea why was I doing that. He was constantly looking back to a new girl smiling. If I was not wrong her name was Anne.

"Who is she?" I asked Niall.

"Uh...um nobody." He said.

I knew he was lying. But I didn't bother to ask.

After class God Knows where Niall disappeared. It was free period so I decided to meet up the guys.

Louis was telling me how fast he got friends. I smiled.

The day passed and I didn't see Niall even in break. After the break were the elections for homecoming King And Queen.

We had to give small speechs. First was Cady. She kept blabbling about how deservable she was. Next Kris spoke. So touching. When I stood up to give mine I seen Louis face all bright and smiling. After I did The boys spoke. When Luke came on to speak I Almost teared up. I looked over at Kris who sat beside me. Louis was trying to tell me its okay.

Soon they voted. Tomorrow was homecoming so after everyone was done we were told to go home.

Niall came to me and said,

"Mer!!! I need your help. Can you come with me to pick up a tux? I really need you." He told me.
I nodded a yes. I cannot say no because he obviously was my bestfriend. I asked Lou to join but he said he wants to hang around with Liam. So me and Niall left.
