Eighteen

Beach

I woke up with a heavy head. I just sat in bed staring all around. I still seemed pretty tired. My hair was t-totally messed up.

I got up to go get fresh when someone knocked my door.

I opened and it was Harry.

"Woah. What happend with your ha-" he said and I cut him off.

"I know I know. What do want anyway?" I asked.

"Uh,well we were going to the beach so I just came to call you..." Harry said.

"Oh,okay I'll be there in 10mins.." I said. He nodded and left.

*at the beach*
Kris and Evanna were lying on the beach beds. I waved them and laid on the bed which was next to Kris'.

"Did you get some good sleep?" Evanna asked.

"Yep,I did.." I replied.

"Do you feel better now? You seemed quite down last night Mer.." Kris asked.

"Yes,Alot bet-" I was cut off by Louis spraying me with water through a water gun.

"Haha," he laughed.

I got angry. I started chasing him all around the beach. He ran pretty fast on sand too.

"LOUIS WILLIAM TOMLINSON YOU ARE SO DEAD!!" I shouted still chasing him.

"I would only if you could catch me!hahaha!" He laughed.
We ran for quite a long time until he got tired and sat on the sand. I jumped on his back and messed his hair. He got angry and started tickling me.

"LOUIS S-ST-STOP...ST-OP PLEASE" I said having no control over my laughter.

"No!I won't!" he said continuing to tickle me. I was so out of breath.

"Please king Louis!" I said being out of breath.

"Okay okay!" He stopped. I sat on his lap still trying to catch my breath.

I slapped his arm and he laughed. So did I.

"You had to do it Lou?" I asked him taking his glairs off and wearing them.

"They look good on you...and yes I had to remind you of that pool fight which revenge was still pending since 6 yrs!" He said. It reminded me of the pool party we had with our friends when we were about 12. I remember me and our friend Chloe had a water fight with Louis and Derek. I remember how the boys couldn't fight back. So this was just a mini revenge. I smiled remembering how nothing ever changed between him and me.

"Now lets go to the rest!" I said and we got up. He asked for help so I put forward my hand. He caught it and stood but pushed me down.

"Awww look at you!" He laughed bad.

We went back to the people. They were all ready to go into the water. I wasn't that fond of deep water.

"Guys go ahead,I'm just gonna be here." I said.

"C'mon Merryl! Don't be such a spoil sport." Harry said.

"Mer plsss," kris pleaded.

"Guys no....I am just not a deep water girl!" I said saying no.

"I'll be with you Mer,if you want just come..." Niall said.
I literally didn't say a word.

"Mer,c'mon for meeeeee?" Louis pleaded. I finally gave in.

"C'mon people lets have some fuuuunnn!" Evanna said sounding excited.

The water seemed pretty cold. I just held Louis hand tightly.

"You seem pretty scared," he said smiling.

"Of course I am!" I said. Niall was looking at us. He didn't seem quite happy.

Liam started splashing water on Evanna and Harry did the same with Kris.

"Hey don't!!!" Kris screamt.

They began splashing water on me. Now I was attacked by 4 guys.

I took shade behind Niall. I held his shoulders from behind and hid. He just stood there frozen. The guys finally stopped splashing water.

"Thanks," I told him.
"Yeah,yeah whatever." He said. Niall just went and sat on the beach bed silently.

They all were tired so they decided we would have lunch and then go for a walk down to the market place to buy grocery for the night.

"Liaaammm carry me I don't wanna walk!" Evanna told Liam.

"As you wish my princess..." he smiled and carried her on his back.

They were just so adorable. They would do anything for each other.

"Aww...I wish I had a boyfriend like that.." I said.

"Well I don't know about a boyfriend but you sure can have a best friend..." Louis said.

"What do you mea-" before I said he carried me and began walking.

"You don't have to do it Louis!" I said.

"Well I had to!" He said and put me down.

Niall was staring at us. He didn't say a word. He just got up and walked away.
We all went to get fresh.
After that we went shopping. I picked up all our favourite ice cream flavours.
We went back home. Today the girls were gonna cook. So Kris said she would make us rice and a side dish. Evanna said she will help in cutting and doing dishes as she was not good at cooking. I decided to make the curry. I took the chicken and began marinating it while Evanna chopped the vegetables.

*an hour later*

"Wow Mer it smells amazing..." kris said.

"Haha thanks. Well Evanna could please put the plates on the table?" I asked.

"Sure."she smiled and took the plates to the other room.

I poured the chicken gravy into a bowl and took it out. We all sat at the dinning table. I sat between Louis and Evanna,opposite Niall.

We all began to eat.

"Woah the gravy is amazingly made Crystal!" Niall said taking a spoonful of food in his mouth.

"I know. But Merryl made it not me." Kris told him.

"Oh,its okay-ish then..." Niall said not looking away from his plate.

That kinda hurt.

"Merryl thats literally the best gravy I've everrrr had!" Liam said.

"Thanks Li!" I smiled half hearted.

After dinner we sat watching a scary movie,while having ice cream. Evanna snuggled up with Liam because she always got scared. Horror was my favourite among all.

We were watching The Conjuring. There was this part when the ghost suddenly jumps out of no where, at that time Evanna and Kris suprisingly screamt loud. I just looked at Louis and laughed. Later we all went to sleep. We had an early day. It was a morning trek to a near by waterfall.
