*Next day in college*

I enter with a smile. I seen Luke with his friends. I ran to him and he hugged me.

"Heyyy babe!!" He said.

"Heyy!" I smiled into the hug.

"Why did you not answer my calls last night sweetheart? Is everything okay?" He asked releasing from the hug.

"Yes Everything is great...don't worry I just fell asleep.." I smiled.

Before he could say anything his friends started coughing trying to get his attention.

One of them asked,
"Luke who is this beautiful lady with you?"

"Hey shut up Tristan! Shes mine. Well guys this is Merryl my girlfriend.." he said and blushed.

"Well hi-i guys," I said smiling.

"Nice to meet you..."they said.

"Hey Luke I need help in bio.." one guy said to him.

"Cool,you guys go ahead I'll catch up in two mins." He told.

They left.

"Come over tonight okay? Me and kris having small dinner get together." I told him and smiled.

"Okay cool...I'll catch you during the break okay? " he said kissing my forehead.

"No prob. Love you." I smiled.

"Love you too.." he smiled back and left.

I turned around and seen Niall looking awkwardly.

"Hey.." I tried smiling.

"Sorry about la-" I cut him off midway.

"Ni,you don't need to say that okay? I know you didn't mean to..."

"Thanks for understanding,well Kris told me about tonight. And I'm gonna eat alot so better keep enough food!" He laughed and I laughed along.

"Don't worry Mr.Niall Hungry Horan!" I laughed.

To interupt our happy moment Cady comes and wraps her arms around Niall's neck literally sticking to him and said,
"Niall,what are you doing here? You should be at practice and not with this ugly-" he cut her off midway.

He removed her hands and said,
"I know and you can go now bye."

She couldn't believe what just happend. I just stared trying to contsin my laughter. She gave me a death stare and left.

"Such a wannabe Cady is!" Niall laughed.

"I like this new you Niall." I smiled realising how much Niall changed.

"Thanks..anyway I'll meet you after practice okay?" He smiled. We hugged and he left.

I headed to class. Time flew fast. It was english before break. I was sitting next to Kris. Both of us were least bothered what was being taught. We were writing on our book and talking through those words. Thats when our principal started announcing.

"So all you boys and girls its time for the homecoming dance,something you all have been waiting for! So get ready and don't forget to wear your dancing shoes...Students election for homecoming King and Queen are tomorrow and after a brief discussion with the staff we have nominated the three finalists from the girls we have Cady George.."

As he took her name she acted like she won already. She turned and gave me a look..I wish I could go stab her but I didn't care.

As principal continued...
"Second we have Miss Crystal Watson and third we have Miss Merryl Allen..."

The whole class turned to us. I just looked at Kris jaw dropped. Like really?? Me! What!!!

All clapped.

"From the boys we have Mr.Niall obviously,Mr Luke and Mr Tristan.. we wish our candidates best of luck...may the most kindest and glamourous one win! The homecoming is next wednesday so hurry up and get your partners and tickets can be collected from Miss Mckessiey the student body president. Have a good day.." he finished.

I just looked at Niall he was giving me a thumbs up. I smiled and when the bell rang went to cafeteria. Luke was there holding something in his hand I couldn't see. I walked to him.

"Heyyy!congrats you are nominated!" He smiled widely.

"You too.." I smiled.

"Babe will you be my date to homecoming?" He asked kneeling down with a rose in his hand.

"Yesss!" I hugged him. He pushed my hair and he kissed me. The whole cafeteria was "aww"ing. Niall seen us. But ran somewhere else. What happend to him suddenly? Anyway I was so busy with being around him that Niall slipped out of my mind. I decided to ask him tonight.
