Listen to your heart

*next morning*
It was the weekend.

We were having breakfast.

"Kris,you know I am still angry at that bloody annoying Anne. She is such a wannabe." I said.

"You know that losers like her just want to have their moment right?" She said.

I nodded.

"But I can't let her get her moment too long...but at the same time I don't know what to do..."

"Babe listen,you need to tell Niall about it. I'm sure he will understand." Kris said.

"But I'm scared."

"It just takes 30 secs of courage to speak up." She told me and put her hand on my shoulder.

"But Shawn..." I said thinking of him.

"See,you have to talk to him about it. If Shawn really loves you,and is selfless, Which he obviously has to be,because in true love nobody can be selfish. If he is he will understand you I'm sure." She said.

I just stared at her.

"Omg I sounded so...weird?" She said.

"Just like you were some...some philospher or something.." I said.

We both laughed.

"Anyway,the point is you gotta speak about it to Shawn. Find a solution to it and get that bloody bitch out of your way." Kris said.

"Yeah,I know. I will go meet him now." I said finishing my breakfast.

"Okay bye. I need to meet Harry. See you later." She said giving me a quick hug and she left.

I texted Shawn saying I needed to talk to him. I went over to his place.

"Hey.." he said hugging me.

"Hi.. well I-I have to tell you something.." I said and looked down.

"I guess I know it." He says and held my hand.

"I'm sorry...I ..." I got tears rolling down my cheek.

"Hey,hey see bab- Merryl its okay..things happen okay...if you love Niall and you are happy till then I am gonna be fine. So don't worry." He wiped my tears.

"How d-did y-you know?" I asked between my sobs.

"The way you look at him. That smile you have talking to Niall? Of course he is your bestfriend, sometimes you fall for your bestfriend. I.." he hugged me.

"I'm sorry.." I said.

"I'm glad you told me. And even though I love you,I think you should go for your heart that loves Niall. I know how you feel okay? I'll still be here for you." He said.

"Thank you so much Shawn. I-I don't know how to react. You're truly amazing." I kissed his cheek. He smiled and hugged me one last time.

I left. Finally happy. But now was the real part how do I tell Niall?

I went back home and ordered myself a pizza. I sat with my headphones. I thought and thought. I ate pizza,then ice cream.

Kris came home.

"Kris!" I hugged her.

"Did you speak to Shawn?" She asked.

I nodded and bit my lower lip.
