Kylie's POV
"I'm going for a run inter morning." I said to my friend and room mate.

"I admire your drive to be fit." She smiled, looking up from the show she was watching.

I shook my head and grinned. I walked up the slightly spiral stair case and went into my small room. I laid out my workout outfit, that way I didn't have to find it the following morning. It was a blue sports bra and a pair of black spandex with a blue waist band (above).

I walked out of the bedroom and into the bathroom. I pulled my hair up and washed my face, removing my makeup.

I woke up the following morning and pulled on my outfit. I laced up my nike tennis shoes and grabbed my phone and ear buds.

I put the earbuds in and turned on my workout playlist. 'where art thou' started playing. I grinned and started off down the street.

Cam's POV
I ran down toward the park. I had recently started working out again and I have no idea why I ever stopped. I have so much more energy and I look better.

I squinted as I drank from my water bottle, the sun in my eyes. I closed my eyes, drinking the cool water. I opened them and my jaw nearly fell open.

I noticed an all too familiar petite girl with long, light brown hair. I ran toward her direction.

"Kylie!" I called out.

She skid to a stop and turned around. Her eyes widened at the sight of me. She turned back around and started to run.

"No! Please!" I called speeding up. I was not going to let her get away twice.

"What do you want, Cameron?" She asked as I caught up with her.

"Let me take you out for coffee after your run. Please."

"Why would I do that?"

"Maybe cause you want a free coffee." I pestered. I knew she wouldn't be able to pass up this offer.

"Fine. I'm running to Starbucks though."

"That's a half mile away."

"I know how far it is." She snipped and sped back up running down toward the nearest Starbucks.
                                •~•~•~•
I pulled up in the parking lot of Starbucks. Kylie was sitting at a table outside already.

"Took you long enough." She said.

I was unable to tell if she was being sarcastic or not, "Well my apologies."

"I want a tall frap please."

"Your manners have improved."

"I'm not here to be friends Cameron. I came for the coffee."

"In order to get the coffee you have to stay and talk for a bit."

She went to stand. I grabbed her forearm gently.

"Please." I begged softly.

"I'm doing this for the coffee.. For the coffee." She whispered.

I grinned, "Good I'll be back with your frap." I walked inside and ordered the drinks. I leaned on the counter and watched Kylie through the window.

"That your girl?" The worker asked nodding toward her.

"She was. I'm going to get her back though."

"Good luck." He laughed and handed me the drinks.

"Here you go." I smiled handing her the cup.

"Thanks."

"Mhmm... So how've you been?" I asked sitting across from her.

"Busy. You?"

"Same here. Planning yours and such."

She pursed her lips. Nice Cam. Bring up the reason you guys broke up.

Kylie laughed, "I missed this."

"Me too." I had broken the tough shell around her and had gotten her to actually talk to me again.

"I had a great time." She stood.

"Let me drive you back. It's getting late and it's a ways away."

"Id love that." She smiled.

Yes! Making progress!

I pulled up in front of her old apartment complex. She smiled and went to open the door.

"Wait! Kylie?"

"Yes, Cameron?"

"Um.... I had a great time tonight."

"So did I."

"I'd love to do this again."

"Me too."

"One last thing."

"Yes, Cameron?"

"Um... Would you... I don't know... Maybe be willing to give us another chance?"

She smiled and leaned in. Her lips crashed with mine. I moaned slightly and deepened the kiss. Our lips moved in sync. She smiled as she pulled away.

No.... No... come back. I missed that.

"Wow." She said.

"Yeah."

"Goodbye Cameron."

"Wait, was that a yes?"

"No."

My heart fell. I had lost her again.

"It was a definetly."
