Cameron Dallas *proposal*

"Morning, gorgeous." I woke up to Cameron's soft, velvety voice and a kiss on my forehead.

"Cam, I'm tired. I was up late doing school." I groaned facing him.

"I know... I just wanted to be the first thing you saw this morning."

"You could've stayed in bed and woken me up later."

"I can't... Nash needs my help, his laptop is all whacky again."

"Oh. okay..." I bit my lip.

"Don't worry I'll be back our date."

"Alright. Be safe." I kissed his cheek before turning over. It didn't take long for me to drift off to sleep.

The next time that I woke up, Cam still wasn't home. I turned my head to look at the clock, 12:00 p.m. Three hours after he left...

I rubbed my the sleep out of my eyes before rolling out of bed. I walked sluggishly down the stairs and into the small kitchen. I pulled out the box of Frosted Flakes and poured them into a bowl with milk. I sat down at the table and started to eat my "healthy" breakfast. As soon as I finished eating I placed my dishes in the sink and headed toward the stairs.

I immediately noticed something there that wasn't there before. There were rose petals going up he stairs. Maybe Cam was home... I followed the trail up the stair and into Cam's and my room. The trail ended at the bed. An outfit was laid out with a note on top of the shirt,

"Wear this and follow the instructructions... head to the spot where we first met."

I looked down at the outfit. It was the white blouse I had been wearing when we first met. I smiled at the memory of Cam running into me causing the cold drink to spill all over me. I didn't know he even kept that...

I pulled up to Starbucks and walked in. I walked to the spot by the counter where I had collided with Cameron three years prior. there was a drink with 'MADDY' written on it. I picked up the drink and took a sip. It was a y/f/d (your favorite drink). I smiled as I saw a note. I picked it up and read it,

"Take the drink and the photos to the place we had our first date. Leave then in the car though, it'll make your life easier."

I picked up the stack of photos and flipped through them. They were pictures that Cameron and I had taken together. some were professional pictures others were some that I took with my Polaroid camera. I grabbed the drink and walked to my car. I pulled out of The Starbucks parking lot and drove toward the boardwalk. What is Cameron up to?

I walked toward the large cotton candy machine. I ordered a thing of cherry cotton candy and looked around. Now what? I saw Nash standing by the Ferris wheel. I walked over to him.

"Hi Nash." I said smiling.

"Hey! You're just the person I wanted to see."

"Really?"

"Mhmm... Cam told me to tell you, to go to the game where e won you the bear."

"Thanks Nash!" I turned and headed toward the old carnival game that had shut down years before. As I approached the old game I noticed a large stuffed bear.

I stood by the bar of the game and looked at the stuff. The large bear that Cameron had won for me had a not attached to its foot. I picked it up and read smiling the entire time,

"Take the bear and photos and head to the place that we had our first kiss. Again leave everything in the car."

I picked up the photos and flipped through them. There were pictures of Cameron and me screaming on various rides and laughing on the ferris wheel. I grinned as I walked back to my car.

I pulled up to the large oak tree that Cameron and I had our first kiss under. There was a picnic basket with a note. I read it,

"Take the basket and its contents with the photos back to the house. Once you get there take all the items to the living room. I love you! <3"

I flipped through the pictures as I walked back to my car. They were pictures of Cameron and I kissing in various situations. There was one of us kissing under the tree, me kissing Cam when he got mad at me and vise versa, and a silhouette of us kissing in front of a bright sun set. I got in the car and drove back to our house.

I opened up the front door trying not to drop the items. I stepped over the threshold and bumped the door closed with my hip. I walked into the living room and saw masking tape all over the floor. I placed the stuff in the couch and kneeled down on the wooden floor.
I read the first piece if masking tape,

"Place drink here." Was scrawled across the tape in Cam's hand writing.

I obeyed and followed the directions on all the other pieces of masking tape. I noticed a shape starting to take form but wasn't really paying attention. I was busy laying out food items and photos. I stood up after all the items were laid out and looked at the floor. A message had been formed,

"Will you marry me?"

I felt strong arms wrap around my waist. I glanced down and saw a diamond ring in a little black box. I started crying.

"Why are you crying, love? This is supposed to be happy." Cameron asked me spinning me around so I was facing him.

"I'm not sure..." I laughed.

"Well, will you do me the honor of making me the happiest man alive, and become Mrs. Dallas?" Cameron kneeled down on one knee.

"Of course!"

Cameron stood and I wrapped my hands around his neck. He picked me up and spun me around. I kissed him. I giggled as I pulled away and saw his eyes full of happiness and love.

He was mine. Forever and always!
